Quick Facts About VN4 Nails
VN4 Nails place has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One of the strengths that is consistently mentioned in the comments is the amazing service provided by the staff. Customers mention feeling welcomed and valued by the employees. They also note that the staff is friendly, kind, and detail-oriented. This is important for creating a positive customer experience and building customer loyalty. In addition, the presence of massage chairs during pedicures is praised by one customer, adding to the overall experience.
Another strength of VN4 Nails place is the fair price. Multiple customers mention that the prices are reasonable for the services provided. This can be a significant factor in attracting and retaining customers, especially in a competitive industry like nail salons.
The comments also highlight weaknesses of VN4 Nails place. One significant weakness is the inconsistency in the quality of services provided. One customer notes that the previous owner and their nail technician were phenomenal, but after the change in ownership, the new staff's work is subpar. Several customers mention issues with their nails, such as polish being far from the cuticle, fading color around the edges, bubbles in the polish, and nails breaking shortly after getting them done. These issues demonstrate a lack of attention to detail and a lack of skill on the part of the new staff.
The comments also mention the lack of professionalism and experience of the new staff. Customers note that the staff is young and likely new to their licenses and careers. One customer even mentions that the licenses of the staff are not displayed anywhere in the shop. This lack of experience and professionalism is a significant weakness for VN4 Nails place, as it erodes customer trust and confidence in the services provided.
Another weakness mentioned is the presence of specific staff members who are not providing satisfactory services. One customer mentions an old Asian man and a Spanish lady who provided poor quality pedicures and acrylic refills. These specific staff members are identified as a problem that VN4 Nails place needs to address. Hiring skilled and experienced nail technicians and ensuring consistent quality across all services is crucial for improving the reputation of the salon and retaining customers.
Overall, VN4 Nails place has strengths in terms of customer service and fair pricing. However, it also has several weaknesses related to inconsistent quality, lack of professionalism and experience, and specific staff members who do not meet customer expectations. Addressing these weaknesses and ensuring consistency in service quality will be crucial for the salon's success and reputation moving forward.

It was my first time getting my nails done. First time getting acrylic nails and their service is amazing. Very polite, they make you feel welcomed. They did a great job. As I was getting my pedicure, the chairs have a massage machine. So I’m getting a massage as their doing my nails. Their definitely my new nail spot. I’ll be back again
I’ve been coming here for 2 years. and I would highly recommend this place. The Staff is friendly, and very kind and they want to make you happy, also very detail oriented an amazing. Got exactly what I asked for. Amazing service and fair price. Also, Super happy that I found them. Definitely, this is my spot. 2 years going there and I’m So happy ????...????????
If you make an appt and are a loyal customer, they VALUE YOU. Not to say that walk-ins are not important too, but it’s not like you are an the ER and having trouble breathing, it NAILS PEOPLE - put your complaints in perspective. This is a great, this is very professional nail salon and they do the best they can. End of story. If you don’t want your precious time to be wasted, call before you get there and they will tell you if they can take you ASAP or not.
Everyone is nice, but I would not return or recommend due to quality I experienced today. I want my feedback to be constructive; I will provide some information so readers can make their own assessment.
1. This is new ownership and completely new staff
2. Staff is very young, my guess is they are new into their license and career.
Do Not hold the cuticles you see in the picture against them because that was my decision. I went in and got gel nail polish change and decided against a manicure.
3. Polish was far from the cuticle, to me it looks like I had my polish done a week ago.
4. Color was faded around the edges due to amount of clean-up needed with the brush and acetone
5. A few minor bubbles in the polish on a few nails
Pictures aren't great, but providing some...
Update: day 2 of nails...pinky that was bubbles in polish has now popped off and there is another nail that is chipped on the edge.
The staff was SUPER nice but the not even a day later 5 of the gems on my nails fell off ???? I paid more for the gems than the manicure and not even 24 hours later they look junky
This was the first time in while that I had a decent pedicure. Plus they do nice nails. I had my yellow done, by D.
I use to come to this place a lot when the previous owner was there. They were phenomenal, but the nail tech that did my nails was always booked with a lot of clients. So I revisited this place again about a month ago and I noticed different people doing nails. The ladies are really nice, but they do nails like they just recently graduated from cosmetology school. First, I've noticed that their licenses are not display anywhere in the shop. Second, the nails look horrible. I ask for gel nails and what I received was lumps at the top of my nails. In addition, she colored my nails like a child that does not color well and she try to clean it up with the nail tool after it dried. Third, one of my nails broke within a week starting from the cuticle. I went back to them in a week and 2 days from when I initially did my nails and inform them of the broken nail and the nail tech's horrible work I received. The nail tech that did my nails took pictures with her phone and had a side bar conversation with the owner over the phone. The owner decided that the tech can correct the broken nail with no charge, but I could not get the rest of my nails redone at no charge even though they look like they were going to fall off as well. Instead of apologizing for the shabby job I received, they try to say it was 2 weeks I had my nails done and I told them it broke less than a week of getting it done but I had to wait the weekend, because I work late during the week, to fix my broken nail. I had to remind the tech that a week is 7 days not 5 days, since I arrived at the shop exactly 9 days from when I originally had them done. I have been getting my nails done throughout the years at a couple of nail shops, so I'm fully aware of what a professional job looks like. They are not professionals when it comes to doing nails. They are still practicing and that's ok for someone that is new in getting their nails done. I would not advise anyone that have been doing their nails for years to visit this establishment, because it will be a huge disappointment.
I am giving 5 starts because this was the best nail salon in Pembroke Pines. They changed ownership and the place is not the same. It has nothing to do with the new owners. The new owner's are very nice people and very professional when you walk in. They need to get rid of an old Asian man (he is new) and an Spanish lady (also new) the place will go down quick. That place was always packed. There was time that I would call to make an appointment and I was not able to get an appointment until the following week. That's how good they were. I was there this weekend (and that when I found out the place is under new management) and I have a pedicure and refills. Unfortunately I ended up with the two new people. Some of the Asian nail technicians still there but I am sure they are busy old the time because they are good. OMG the worst everrrrrrrr. He left me bleeding on two of my toes. He went to close cutting my cuticles. Then he made it worst coloring them. Bad...bad...bad. the worst pedicure I have ever had. My granddaughter that is four years old would have done a better job. Then I went for an acrylic refill with a new Spanish lady. She did it so bad that I had to go next day to another nail salon and have them removed for new set. While I was having my nails dry, there was another lady that I have seen many times before in there, she was sitting in front of me having also her nails dry and she told me she will never go back. Her nails was done by the Spanish lady also and believe me they were nasty looking. Please get rid of those two people or you will noticed that your clientele will diminish slowly until you will be force to close. Please hire nail technicians with reputation and experience. I never write reviews specially this long, but I was so upset that I had to.
I think the reviews are from the older owners. Had my first gel many yesterday and I am going back to get this nightmare fixed. The girl that did it was very nice but she must be new or straight out of school. Walked in with my natural nails long and came out looking like a child did my nails. See photo
