I got my nails filled this morning and I guess I was in too much of a rush to notice that it looks like my nails are already grown out… this looks terrible. I got them done today!!!!

One of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. I usually take reviews with a grain of salt but this place is actually over priced and terrible. Would give zero stars if I could.
Edit: Actually I only changed my nail color because you didn’t have the gel nail color I originally picked out. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and there wasn’t paint on the sides of any of my nails. If your employee has poor eye sight you should probably not have them doing manicures. Secondly, if I am the customer I am not paying for a poor job as received from your establishment. And I surely shouldn’t get attitude from the owner when requesting it to be done properly! In addition, I asked for a regular pedicure because I have psoriasis on my skin therefore I cannot have the “sugar scrub” or any sort of scrub on my feet which your technician didn’t seem to understand.
I have never had a bad experience here. Danny does amazing at dip powder nails and is so kind and creative! My new favorite spot.
The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. But after washing my hands once and removing the sheen of the cuticle oil, I could really see just how bad this full set was. These photos were taken 30 minutes after service and a hand wash. I have cuts all over my cuticles and finger tips, and have had to douse my hands in peroxide and antibacterial ointment to prevent infection. Will not return.
My regular nail salon cancelled my appointment last min so I went here instead. I read good reviews and the place looked beautiful when I walked in. My nail tech was really friendly and making conversation with me. The whole experience was positive and everything was fine. My nails looked great right after but not even 24 hours later, everything was chipping. They just looked so bad and it hadn’t even been 24 hours yet! These Pictures were taken 7/12/21 and I got my nails done 7/9/21. I understand things happen but I most likely won’t be coming here again and I will stick to my regular nail salon from now on.
I spent a little over $200 there and two days later my nails have been chipping. Before the chipping tho the polish and acrylic was on my cuticles. The only thing I like here was that they are open on Sunday. Never again unless absolute emergency.
Normally service here is good. Went in today for a pedi w gel polish( loved it! came out amazing) When it was time for my nails I think his name was Danny , or David (can’t remember) he did a my fill and shaped my nails then passed me off to someone else to do my color. My nails look horrible. Polish is extremely THICK, some spots look lumpy. And I was charged $122.00 for this service . I will not be back after this . Maybe have more people come in on Sunday’s so you don’t have to rush through clients . **Gave 2 stars bc I never have an issue with my pedi ***
I spoke with Steve on 4-3-23 I asked him if he would be in the shop 4-4-23 he said yes, I told him I would be there at 10:00am. I was at the shop at 8:30am sitting in the parking lot waiting with my daughter, btw she made provisions with her job to bring me because I had hip surgery and walking & driving isn’t easy. I went inside the shop at 9:30 and waited only to be told at 10:20 Steve was not coming in. I was told his wife would be there and that’s great, but she’s not Steve. This isn’t the first time this has happened but it’s the last time it will happen with me. My time is valuable Steve, an I don’t appreciate you doing this to me. I haven’t been in a while because your prices are a little high for me but I decided I would come for my full set. I live about 30 to 45 minutes away but I like Steve so my daughter would bring me. There’s a nail shop I’ve been going to that’s 15 minutes away and he takes appointments and the prices are great. I will continue now with the other shop because again my time is valuable.????????✌????
