I’ve been exploring some fun ways to play with new hair styles. I looked on Amazon but decided to pop into a few local places.

I first went to another beauty supply place in

Wake Forest, but they didn’t have anything. They suggested I try Wake Beauty.

I drove over and was completely surprised by the variety and inventory of all the different hair.

There were a lot of different wigs and ponytails to choose from. The girl at the store helped me make a great choice and I am so excited with the items I purchased.

If you’re looking for a huge variety of options and fun ways to change up your luck, definitely visit this location.

I bought a hair product in this store that was best if used by 2018! Their terms are no refunds, no exchange. I went back nway to tell them about the product and the guy who seemed to be one of the business owners said I can take it back. When I took it back he was not there but the old lady that I found there was rude.After she called the guy I had talked to, she accepted an exchange of the same product but to my surprise all same products were expired 2018,2019! I had to get my money refunded. Long story short, this beauty store is not customer friendly since anytime I’ve been there! They keep following customers from behind! I’ll take my business elsewhere

I went to this beauty supply store today for the first time. It was really clean and well stocked with products. The young lady at the front was nice and helpful. During checkout the man who was handling my transactions was nice enough until four young women walked in with a baby in a stroller. They all spoke, were very polite. He couldn’t finish my sell fast enough so he could “watch them” as they shopped. That left a foul taste for me, it was unnecessary and very familiar. I guarantee you he accepted their money at the register but didn’t respect them at all as customers. I won’t be back because of that. Treat people fair until you have valid reasons not to, the color of their skin is NOT one of them!

As a Black woman, I would not recommend shopping here. They make you feel like a criminal for even coming in. Many of the items are literally locked up and not only locked up, but they add shipping tape over the items so that even when you get it home you have to use a knife or scissors to open! Overkill. The staff were so busy watching customers for thievery that they didn’t notice me trying to get their attention to unlock an item. They were speaking English talking trash about said customer and when they finally noticed me waiting they switched languages, to further talk trash. Highly unprofessional behavior. I’ve been to this beauty supply about 3 times, and EVERY single time they have displayed discriminatory behavior towards their minority customers then try to fake smile nice when they see you are actually purchasing something. I will not be returning.

I went in today to get earrings and lashes. Of course you have to wait for them to unlock the earrings and clip out the lashes. It was only a guy there and i guess he was more focused on his paperwork instead of helping the customer me. He got a attitude you could just tell. Threw stuff in bag and told me to have a nice day. I told him to have a nice day as well and he basically call his self bucking up after he asked what i said. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. you can't pick and choose when you want to be nice. Even though its convenient from where i stay id rather go 20 minutes down the road cause he was rude and knew it

If you want the freedom of not wearing a mask do not shop here. They nearly tackle you at front door and nastily insist you put one on. They are the ONLY business in the plaza that does this. There is no mask mandate in WF.

You COULD just ask nicely. You get more flies with honey. Instead, I will take my business elsewhere.
