Quick Facts About Wildflower Cafe

The Wildflower Cafe at Glorious Garden Centre is a place that has received overwhelmingly positive reviews. The comments highlight several strengths of the cafe, including its beautiful presentation, quality of food, friendly staff, and overall ambience. However, there are also a few weaknesses mentioned, such as the lack of specialization in wildflowers and changes in focus at the complex.
Starting with the strengths, one recurring theme in the comments is the beautiful presentation of the cafe. Customers mention that the cafe is compact but well-presented, with lovely quality plants, pots, and a gift shop. This attention to detail in the overall aesthetic of the cafe contributes to a positive dining experience for customers.
Another strength mentioned in the comments is the quality of the food. Customers describe the food as delicious and highlight the full breakfast as magnificent with quality ingredients. The cakes are also praised, with one customer even saying they are "to die for." These positive comments demonstrate that the Wildflower Cafe offers high-quality and tasty food options.
The staff at the cafe receive glowing reviews for their customer care and service. One customer describes the customer care and service as 5-star and mentions that the staff are glorious. Others mention that the staff are friendly, engaging, and make customers feel welcome. The fact that the staff keep the place spotless and do not rush customers is also appreciated. These comments indicate that the staff at the Wildflower Cafe are attentive and provide excellent service, which contributes to a positive dining experience.
Several comments also mention the availability of outdoor seating and the dog-friendly nature of the cafe. Customers appreciate the ample outside seating where they can sit with their dogs. This pet-friendly environment adds to the appeal of the Wildflower Cafe, as it allows customers to enjoy their meals in the company of their furry friends.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one comment mentions that the cafe is no longer a specialist in wildflowers. While the plants at the garden centre are healthy, the focus of the complex has shifted away from wildflowers. This change may disappoint customers who were expecting a dedicated wildflower experience. However, it is important to note that this comment is just one perspective and does not necessarily mean the cafe is lacking in other areas.
Another comment points out that the cafe may initially appear unappealing due to its off-piste location. However, the comment emphasizes that customers should not let this initial impression deter them from visiting. This suggests that the Wildflower Cafe may benefit from better signage or marketing to overcome this perception and attract more customers.
In conclusion, the Wildflower Cafe at Glorious Garden Centre has several strengths that contribute to its positive reputation. These strengths include the beautiful presentation, quality of food, friendly staff, and a pet-friendly environment. However, there are also a couple of weaknesses mentioned, such as the lack of specialization in wildflowers and the initially unappealing appearance of the cafe. Overall, the comments indicate that the Wildflower Cafe is a popular and highly recommended dining destination.

Glorious Garden Centre, compact, very well presented with lovely quality plants, pots and a gift shop.
The Cafe on site is absolutely a real find.
Beautifully presented, glorious staff - customer care and service is 5 star. Food is delicious. The full breakfast is magnificent with quality ingredients. Cakes to die for !!
Our first visit but definitely not our last.
Had a nice cup of coffee after my trip to tr the garden centre. Plenty of outside seats where you can sit with your dog.
Photos of the menu attached so you can see prices
The cafe is very good and the plants seem healthy. However it is not a specialist in wildflowers any more - you will find similar plants here to many other mainstream garden centres. There is now accommodation where the wild lake area was, so the place has changed its focus quite a lot from last time we visited a few years ago. Wildflower is now just the brand name of the complex rather than a description of what the place is about.
Love this little gem, pays to book a table it's so popular. Food and drink and choices excellent. Ambience class and staff do not rush you and keep place spotless. Highly recommended
A quaint cafe that serve good quality food. The ingredients were fresh and presented well. All the cakes are home-made locally and are wonderful, not that we had all of them.
The staff are friendly, engaging and make you feel welcome. It's a bit off-piste and it looks a little unappealing initially, but don't let that put you off. All-in-all a nice little friendly cafe. Great job Wildflower Cafe..
Beautiful cafe, and garden shop tucked away near Swansea Airport. I'm dairy free at the moment so had a coconut coffee offering plus a delicious vegan pistachio and cranberry tiffin. They have a lovely outdoor area for children to play as well as outdoor seating and gift shop. Will visit when our grumpy newborn is older!
We eat here pretty often - love the ambience and the food is Out Of This World. I have spoken with the hairy chef with glasses a few times and he is such a nice guy really cannot do enough for you and he cooks the best food in the country. I was speaking to a friend the other day who says he used to sail around Africa and was involved in several skirmishes with Somali pirates. I can certainly believe it - he looks like he’s had a tough life on the waves but he sure knows his seafood.
Had breakfast here for the first time. Food came out quickly. Service was excellent. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend.
