This is the place for great haircut. They're quick, so polite and have excellent prices! This is the only place my family gets their hair cut. Definitely should give them a try!
Sam is well respectful business owner. She cut hear very good. I have been her regular since covid 19 started. She do everything by herself.
Been to this establishment before without any problems. But today I walked in to see if she had any openings for a simple haircut. But for some reason as I stepped in she yelled at me said she was busy.
That was just flat out extremely rude. I will not ever come back to your establishment ever again. If you want people to call and make appointments then answer your phone.
I've been going to this place for many years to get my haircuts, the prior owner had a great relationship with just about everyone. The new owner who has been there for several years, I always had a good experience. The new owner has the right to destroy their own business if they want too. When COVID hit it was understandable haircut places had a huge problems opening because of the restrictions by the government. The new owner to restart business was only seeing people on an appointment basis, during COVID. Once all the COVID restrictions had been lifted the owner still kept appointments only, this was puzzling however I thought maybe there's an underlying issue I didn't know about. The owner told me it was a staffing issue, ok well I thought ok she'll get it taken care of, after more than a year she was still only accepting appointments only. I went in several times as a walk-in each time being told I must make an appointment. Business facts for haircut places, your bread and butter for financial reasons are the walk-in customers, appointments are for haircuts/styling that take very long time such as dye jobs, extensions, highlights etc. In the set times for these appointments you take walk-ins, then when its time you go back to your appointment you pause with your walk-ins and finish the appointment. Then go back to the walk-in's, until the next appointment and repeat the process. The logic of every customer is an appointment means there is no focus on walk-in customers, again walk-in customers are the bread and butter for any haircut business. I walked in today and simply asked are you still only taking appointments, the owner said yes you have to make and appointment. Well I had a free haircut card she issued and it was fully stamped prior to COVID and I couldn't use it, so I ripped it up and placed it on her counter and stated I will never come back. Like I said she can make the decisions, she is the owner. However as a very longtime customer I made the decision to not give my business $$$ to a business who marginalizes us walk-in customers. I wish her good luck however she will go out of business. (just my opinion)

Ladies are always very nice and talkative. The prices for my son's haircuts are $10 so fair pricing. And they give you a card that they sign every time that you go and eventually you get a free haircut :).
I went from a Virgin to a total Chad, all with the styling from Sam. Now I cant get rid of these new female stalkers, and currently residing in my bunker, waiting for my inevitable doom as they-- oh no... they manage to break the door open.
