Definitely wouldn’t recommend! They have three associates that work there the main associate CHUCKKK , he switches prices midway through getting your nails done , while he’s working on yours he jumps from you to another . It don’t matter if you book an appointment because you’re still gonna wait 2 hours or more before seated he did my nails one time and 3 fell off within 3 days ????????????????don’t we love that. 1/10 don’t recommend.
My 20 year old daughter is attending two colleges AND working full time as an assistant teacher. She is realizing how stressful “reality” can be so she decided it was time to do something nice for herself. She scheduled a manicure and pedicure here. It was not relaxing at all. The girl taking care of her filed her feet so hard that she caused multiple cuts, scrapes and bruises on her hands and feet. My daughter mentioned the roughness but it continued. The place is not clean. Horrible service. My daughter left with one of her feet bleeding and was not even offered a discount!!! I do NOT recommend this place at all!!
Had a long wait....but they can't help that Charles did a great job fixing my nails that looked whacked from a previous salon. All nail salons have terrible wait times. They let you make appointments here which minimizes the wait.
I had a good experience loved it had a great time you know when you're having a good time and you don't even want a cigarette she was very nice to me if you're transgender they'll welcome you they don't care my attendant was named Sherry
The young girl took her time and did an excellent pedicure today. She went the extra mile. One of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. I'll make sure to go back when she's working being she only works on Thursday's, Friday's, and Saturday's.
The customer service here is terrible. I went for a pedicure and full set. I waited an hour and a half for the pedicure and before I could get the full set, both techs said they had to leave early, so the owner offers me an appointment, when I showed for the appointment, he wasn't there and the other tech said that she wasn't going to be available any that day.. terrible service
I came in today for a pedicure and was sat down before 2 people and still haven’t received a service yet. I’ve been sitting with my feet in water for over a hour while they service 2 other people that came in AFTER me. On top of that the lady that’s suppose to be doing my feet took a lunch break. I’m NEVER coming back.
This is most unreliable and unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to. It’s a lady that is always holding calls while doing nails when you should be professional and make contact with the client to keep business moving! The wait times are horrible, even when all seats are full they move at a snail pace from morning to 7. I came in one afternoon at 12:30 and did not leave the shop until 4pm and I called and made an appointment for JUST a pedicure. The Korean man is the best worker. His work is satisfactory. If the shop is his he need new workers and management. Hire me.
