First time I have been there. I sit there for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged I was even there. 5 minutes after my appointment time I had to go tell someone I was there. Just had a trim. The trim was good. I just found it rude. I’m sure they do good work.

I would give this establishment 5 stars but it's a little difficult to find the entrance drive from Hwy 31W. Other than that, it's a beautiful facility. If I'm not mistaken, they have -- at least -- 8 chairs for cutting. Whether they have people to work all chairs, I don't know.

I had hair that almost went down to my butt I went in and asked for more curtain bangs layers and an inch off the bottom I went out with hair up to my breasts they cut off almost 5-6 inches that I didn’t see till the very end. And it is very uneven and they were kinda of rude.
