Quick Facts About Ann's Nails

Ann's Nails place has received a mixed range of comments, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. Through analyzing the comments, we can identify several key factors that contribute to the strengths and weaknesses of Ann's Nails place.
One of the major strengths of Ann's Nails place is their ability to deliver high-quality work. One customer mentioned that they received a fabulous set of nails with perfect length and shape, which lasted for the entire duration between fill-ins. This indicates that the technicians at Ann's Nails place are skilled and capable of delivering satisfactory results.
Additionally, the customer also praised the work done during their first fill-in, demonstrating consistency in the quality of services provided. This suggests that Ann's Nails place is capable of maintaining their standards of work over multiple visits, which is an essential strength for any salon.
However, despite these positive experiences, there are several notable weaknesses that have been highlighted in the comments. One of the most concerning weaknesses is the lack of sanitation practices. Customers have reported instances of unsanitary practices, including the use of the same tools on multiple clients and the potential transfer of blood from one client to another. This raises serious concerns about the safety and hygiene standards at Ann's Nails place, which can greatly impact the reputation of the salon.
Another weakness identified is the poor customer service experienced by some clients. There were instances of rude behavior, condescending tone, and refusal to listen to customer preferences. This indicates a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer satisfaction. Such negative experiences can drive customers away and harm the reputation of the salon.
Additionally, there were complaints about pricing inconsistencies and the requirement to pay upfront before any work was done. These factors contribute to a negative customer experience, as they create an impression that the salon is more focused on money rather than providing quality services. The lack of flexibility in accommodating customer preferences and the refusal to rectify mistakes also add to the weaknesses of Ann's Nails place.
Furthermore, some customers reported physical harm caused during their visit to Ann's Nails place. This includes instances of bleeding, excessive cutting, and unsatisfactory workmanship. These experiences not only impact the immediate satisfaction of the customers but also create potential long-term consequences, such as nail fungus and the need for extensive treatments. Such incidents highlight serious weaknesses in the technical skills and professionalism of the staff at Ann's Nails place.
In conclusion, while Ann's Nails place has demonstrated the ability to deliver high-quality work and maintain consistency in some cases, there are several weaknesses that overshadow these strengths. Issues with sanitation practices, customer service, pricing consistency, and physical harm create a negative experience for customers and tarnish the reputation of the salon. Addressing these weaknesses should be a priority for Ann's Nails place in order to improve customer satisfaction and regain trust in their services.

I got a full set with cat eye gel done 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. She got the length perfect without asking. The shape was spot on, and the work was fabulous. My nails normally don't all make it to a fill-in, but they did with her work. I went back today and received another fabulous set for my first fill-in.
She legit refused to do nail art, and I ended up leaving with misshapen and not even opaque nails. $40 for the worst nails I’ve ever gotten lmaooo. As someone who frequently gets my nails done, this was just sad work. I’m gonna have to go get them fixed before vacation :/
I went in to get my acrylics taken off and to get a new set but walked out with a bloody finger instead. She cut my nail so bad the bottom half of it isn’t there anymore and it’s just ripped off. She just started ripping my acrylics off by sticking a nail tip under them and tearing it off my nail forcefully. Everything was painful even when my nail started to bleed she dipped it in acetone and it stung. She kept just trying to put nail glue on top of it and tried filing/cutting what acrylic was left on my nail. This place is not sanitary at all, they use all the same tools and I wouldn’t doubt the next person will get the same tools that had my blood on them. I also got a nail fungus on one of my nails from this place. I had to force her to stop and not try and put any tips on my nails. Just don’t come here, if you do though at least ask for Mandy. I’m stuck with treating a nail fungus and waiting for my nail to grow out and heal before I can even think about a new set from somewhere else now.
They charged 70 dollars for a full set gel manicure without any designs. You have to pay before any work has been done as well. It’s 35 for short nails or 70 for long nails. I’ve gotten my nails done for years and never heard of such a thing. I had to go back because the nails were not the same length. They were not the right shape. The nail tech kept yelling with me that I was wrong and that it was my fault they weren’t correct. She kept complaining how tired she was the whole time. I would highly discourage anyone from going here.
I am someone who religiously has my nails done. I decided to stop in and get a pedicure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS “SALON”. The worst pedicure I have ever had. She made me bleed SEVERAL times and continued to cut into my toe with the cuticle cutter. I finally had to verbally stop her!!
Waited with my girlfriend as she got her nails done to treat herself. Nail tech was extremely rude both to her and other customers coming in. DO NOT go here if you want your nails done by someone who actually can do a decent job for a decent price with good service. Condescending tone and just awful service. Would give ZERO STARS if possible. Worth driving somewhere else.
During the middle of my service I was expected to pay for everything I was getting done including the tip. I was also constantly asked to do other services I already stated I did not want. I also said I didn't want the sugar scrub on my legs because the jeans I had on wouldn't go super high and she pulled them up and did it anyways causing an issue with my jeans and circulation then she yelled when I tried to stop her. My gel polish only lasted 2 days before they started to chip when I hardly did anything to cause them to chip because I had been driving and that was it. Can't say I will go back.
Was told to be there at 10 on Tuesday morning and I was. I waited until 10:23 still nobody showed. I called and finally got ahold of someone first she was there at 10:05 I informed her she wasn’t. Then she had a flat tire. Then I told her she would make this right or I would blast her on social media. She then proceeded to scream in my ear I didn’t make an appointment and she doesn’t give refunds and “I not have $30” and hung up. So I called back and she kept the same attitude. It’s more of a sentimental thing to me I was given the gift certificate from a friend who’s pretty ill and I considered just holding onto it. Then I thought no he paid for me to have my feet done! She also informed me “she call police” I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional liar in my life! I wouldn’t recommend this place if they were giving away free pedicures!
