Quick Facts About Annabelle Nails
Annabelle Nails has received both positive and negative feedback from customers. In order to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, we will examine the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one recurring theme in the comments is the quality of service provided by Annabelle Nails. Multiple customers express satisfaction with the results, mentioning that their nails were ideally placed and shaped, and that the gel sets lasted for an extended period without chipping. This indicates that the salon is capable of delivering high-quality work.
Another strength highlighted by customers is the fact that Annabelle Nails is a family-owned business. This is seen as a positive attribute, as it adds a personal touch to the salon and can create a more welcoming and friendly environment.
The salon also receives praise for their customer service. Several customers mention the great customer service they received, including a repair done free of charge and a pleasant experience for a mother and her daughter. This suggests that Annabelle Nails values their customers and strives to provide a positive experience.
Furthermore, the salon has received referrals from satisfied customers. This is a testament to the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their clients. Word-of-mouth recommendations are a valuable asset for any business.
Now let's address the weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One customer had a negative experience due to the lack of attention and cleanliness by the nail technician. This indicates a potential issue with staff training and supervision, as well as the overall cleanliness and hygiene practices of the salon. This can significantly impact the customer experience and needs to be addressed.
Another customer complained about the pricing, stating that Annabelle Nails charges more than other salons. While they acknowledged the quality of service is worth it, this may deter price-sensitive customers from choosing this salon. The higher pricing strategy should be carefully considered, as it may limit the customer base.
Additionally, poor customer service was mentioned by one customer who felt disrespected when others were served before them, despite being the first ones in the salon. This indicates a failure in managing customer expectations and providing equal attention to all clients. Improving the scheduling and handling of customers should be a priority.
One customer also criticized the nail technician's behavior and lack of focus, including playing on the phone during the service. This highlights the importance of professionalism and dedication from the staff. Management should enforce policies to prevent distractions and ensure that all employees are fully focused on providing quality service.
Lastly, there were mentions of the nail polish being bumpy and the acrylics being uneven, leading to chipping shortly after the service. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and proper application. Quality control measures and better training for the technicians should be implemented to ensure consistent and satisfactory results.
In conclusion, Annabelle Nails has strengths in delivering high-quality nail services, being a family-owned business, and providing great customer service. However, there are weaknesses in terms of cleanliness, inconsistent attention to customers, pricing, staff behavior and focus, and attention to detail in the application of nail polish and acrylics. Addressing these areas of improvement will enhance the overall customer experience and reputation of the salon.

Found this salon by accident, and it has been the best accident ever!
My nails acrylic was ideally placed, and shaped. She worked so fast and so perfectly.
We absolutely adored that it is a family owned business.
Me and my mom left happy customers && will be returning customers at that!
Already referred everyone we know in the area.
I come to Annabelle Nails with my mother in law whenever we visit, and Annie always does a fabulous job. I got my last gel set (yellow) over Labor Day, and they lasted me two months with no chipping! I just got them done again (11/21), and I got the Christmas colors because I know they’ll last. She charges a bit more than other salons, but it is so worth it for the quality of service.
I do not recommend this place at all, should’ve expected horrible service when we showed up and there was no other customers there. I asked for a basic-regular manicure, they continued to insist I get no chip however I continued to decline. The man doing my nails had dirt under, on, and around every single nail, they were filthy & I should’ve just stopped and left then but I didn’t want to make a scene. My nails dried and they were bubbly, uneven, and looked a mess. I wanted the polish off and expected to pay $15- as listed on their website. Unfortunately I was told the manicure is $20 and that they could repaint my nails & as the acrylic tech( this was their customer service person I guess?) proceeded to laugh in my face she stated that this wouldn’t have happened with no chip.
I went to Annabelle’s on a Sunday and got a no chip manicure. On Tuesday the polish on my thumb had peeled off. I went back today and she not only fixed my thumb, but also shined up my other nails. I expected to pay but was told no for a repair! Great spot and fantastic customer service!
The first couple times I came the nails were perfect but in the past year she stopped paying attention to when she was doing my nails. She filed one hand and then was playing on her phone for a good 10 minutes. I understand if she wants to talk on the phone with her headphones on but it’s a different thing when she stops in the middle to play on it. I had to ask her multiple times to finish it because I don’t have all day. When she would finally do my nails it was super rushed and as you can see from the pictures around the cuticles it’s super uneven. When she was filing down my nails she was looking at her phone to the point it burnt.
Honestly for the price you can go somewhere else and get a better and cheaper I paid $70 for acrylics. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind paying for good nails if they’re going to last me at least three weeks but they are so uneven and the nail polish is bumpy I had to go back to a different salon after three days to get it fixed because it started chipping.
Me and daughter were there we were the first ones in there. And three others walked in. They choose to assist them. After starting on my daughter. Needless to say we were the first in there and last ones out. Very disrespectful. Been golf there for four years. And will never go back. After today.
I got exactly what I wanted which is such a rarity in the rest of the nail salons I’ve visited. Great customer service, they are so fast and efficient in what they’re doing that I’m definitely going back. Thank you!
I had a mani pedi earlier this week and it was a very good experience. My little girl wanted like mommy so I took her and her cousin today. They had a blast. Both got mani pedi and were super thrilled about their experience.
