This was the best nail salon experience I've had in Simpsonville! After having a rushed, unprofessional experience somewhere else...I unpleasantly walked into this nail salon hoping to receive better service. This place exceeded my expectations! Lyn and her husband made me feel heard. She was busy and patient at the same time. Watching them work the salon with accuracy and grace was a breath of fresh air. Not only did she do a remarkable job on my manicure, she also fixed my pedicure that I had just received from another salon. There was also an over all vibe in this salon that makes you aware of; they know what they're doing and most importantly they care! I will be forever grateful to how they made me feel! Thank you!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in for pedicure. Serviced by older gentleman. He scrubbed my foot so hard that I started bleeding. It was so painful. He overcharged my card by $15. Luckily I kept my receipt. When I came back in to ask why they overcharged my card, the male who did nails at the front was very rude to me. Once they found it was their mistake, the lady nicely refunded my money. My toes looked horrible. Never ever go there! I was so disappointed. This was 3 weeks ago and my foot is still sore from him scrubbing so hard. But he did offer a Mountain Dew and a used nail file to compensate me for my bad experience ????

I went there yesterday they were really nice to me but I didn’t like what they did at all. First the was taking my acrylics off really hard then when she was pairing my nails she was in like a rush.

I hate to leave a bad review because the owners are so nice and polite. This used to be my favorite salon. I came in at 5 and left at 7, I didn’t get anything special or extra. The lady doing my pedicure took so long getting things together, then she said she couldn’t find my color then she was strangely looking around, distracted. Asked me if I had a toenail on my middle toe…what?? The gel manicure was sloppy at best. I can see my nail under the color. I didn’t want to be rude so I let it go and when I got to the counter the lady said $80. I thought she was joking! Prices and services have become ridiculous. So sad because this place used to be great.

I am very disappointed! i have been coming here for years but haven’t been in a while worst pedicure ever!!! I won’t be back the guy that did my nails was literally sick probably had the flu or covid he shouldn’t have even been working and it shows my nails look terrible and my feet aren’t even smooth i could have done a better job myself.

Got my girl and my nails done and they look good. I don't know what happened at the time to pay though, the initial price was 45.00 for mine and 35.00 for hers but the total came up to 90.00, 10dllrs more than what I was "supposed" to pay. This was after they talked with each other In their own language, don't misunderstand me, I have absolutely no problem with them talking in their own language, but I would have appreciated if they made it clear for me to understand what was said and why it ended up being more that said price . Not too sure if I will be coming back. I did like the nail work tho.. just wanted to let y'all know idk if this happened to anyone else.

I wish I could give her zero stars. Also, I think that whoever do eyebrows should wear a face mask since they get to close from other people's faces. I'm not coming here anymore and not recommending this place for eyebrows wax. ????

I had a gel manicure and my daughter had a full set of acrylic and the owner Vinny and his wife Lynn did our nails, our nails came out perfect and they were super friendly.
