Quick Facts About Apna Bazar Cash & Carry
Apna Bazar Cash and Carry has its strengths and weaknesses, as indicated by the comments provided.
One of the strengths mentioned by a customer is the wide range of products available at Apna Bazar Cash and Carry. The store offers fresh produce, spices, frozen foods, snacks, and household items, providing customers with a one-stop shop for their Indian grocery needs. Additionally, the store sells Indian appliances, such as coolers and idly makers, which may be difficult to find elsewhere.
Another strength mentioned is the freshness of the vegetable selection. Customers appreciate the quality and freshness of the vegetables available at Apna Bazar Cash and Carry, making it their go-to place for buying fresh produce.
Some customers also appreciate the selection and prices offered by Apna Bazar Cash and Carry. They find the selection to be top-notch and the prices to be competitive, especially compared to other Indian stores in the area. This makes Apna Bazar a preferred choice for customers looking for Indian groceries at affordable prices.
However, there are several weaknesses mentioned in the comments that need to be addressed by Apna Bazar Cash and Carry. One major weakness is the issue of mislabeling and overcharging. Customers have reported instances where products were mislabeled or priced higher at checkout than what was advertised. This dishonest business practice is a concern for customers and raises questions about the integrity of the store.
Another weakness pointed out is the inconsistency in pricing. Customers have noticed that prices for certain items fluctuate frequently, which can be frustrating for shoppers. Furthermore, customers have compared the prices at Apna Bazar Cash and Carry to those on online platforms like Amazon, finding that the store's prices are often higher for the same products. This raises concerns about the affordability and value for money at the store.
Quality control is another area of weakness mentioned in the comments. Customers have reported issues with product quality, such as stale green chillies and rice packets with insects. Selling expired products, like the Patanjali Giloy Juice mentioned by a customer, is also a serious concern as it puts customers' health at risk. These incidents reflect a lack of attention to quality control and could damage the reputation of the store.
Additionally, some customers have mentioned the lack of proper labeling and pricing of items at Apna Bazar Cash and Carry. This can lead to confusion and frustration for customers who are unable to determine the exact price or details of a product.
Overall, while Apna Bazar Cash and Carry has strengths such as a wide product range and fresh vegetables, it also has weaknesses in terms of inconsistent pricing, mislabeling, and poor quality control. These weaknesses need to be addressed by the store to improve customer satisfaction and maintain a loyal customer base.

Recommendation - AVOID
12/29/22 bought 14oz pistachio bag for 14.99. When i came home i felt i could get a 5 lb almond for that price. Then checked Amazon , found they sell salted pistachio 3lbs for 16.99.
Then pure ghee 32oz- one brand was 11.99, another 13.99. I picked deep, it was marked 16.99 but when i checked out it rang 18.99.
Whole pita bread pack of 6, sells for 1.29 now, here 1.79 a month ago, now maybe 2.29 CRAZY
There are better stores in the area than this. Items are not always marked. Prices are much higher , quality not so good. American stores nearby sell things far cheaper than this.

Very dishonest business. Laxmi mustard oil labeled as $19.99 but they charge 21.99. This is not the first time. Similarly. I was deceived previously. No more yo any of Apna Bazar. Avoid this store under any cost. Proof attached.
I am so thankful for this little piece of India in Jersey City NJ. When it comes to seeds, spices, an all kind of products from India this is the place to go. Please consider adding to your diet natural seeds , they are rich in natural oils, fiber, minerals and vitamins...
Great grocery store with professional workers inside the site.
The selection is top notch and prices are perfect unlike some Indian stores. They also sell some Indian appliances, not sure how that works with respect to warranty etc. they have coolers, idly makers etc.
Their vegetable selection is fresh.
My go to place for buying fresh veggies, produce and masala's. Most of their products are really good but in recent times I have seen green chillies being stale, which I hope they improve on. Frozen section is pretty good with large selection.
Received rice packet twice with black insects in it. Frustrated... I am a regular customer but still twice same issue. Please take care of quality.
Selling expired, Patanjali Giloy Juice. How can they sell expired Ayurvedic medicines.
