Quick Facts About Asian Nails & Dayspa
Asian Nails & Dayspa has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. It is important to consider all aspects when evaluating the overall quality of the place.
One of the strengths mentioned in the comments is the convenience of being able to walk in without an appointment. This can be a major advantage for those who are looking for a quick service or have time constraints. Another positive aspect highlighted is the number of local and frequent customers who visit on Wednesdays, indicating a loyal customer base. This suggests that the place has built relationships with its customers and is able to retain them.
The customer service aspect of Asian Nails & Dayspa is a mixed bag. While some customers mentioned that everyone was pleasant and helpful, others were dissatisfied and felt uncomfortable with the service provided. One customer mentioned a manicurist who seemed all business and lacked the personal touch expected in a salon. The rude behavior of some employees toward both adults and children is also a significant drawback. Customers expect a friendly and welcoming atmosphere when visiting a spa, and negative experiences can be a major turnoff.
Price is another important factor to consider. One customer mentioned that the price for a one color dip was expensive at $71, and another customer paid $63 for a gel pedicure. While the cost may be subjective and vary depending on the location, it is worth noting that some customers felt that the skill level did not match the price. This is evident in comments about nails not being completely painted or shaped properly. When paying a premium price, customers have higher expectations for the quality of the service provided.
In terms of skill level, there were mixed reviews. Some customers were satisfied with the service and mentioned that they had been coming to Asian Nails & Dayspa for years. However, negative experiences regarding poor nail sets, crooked filing, and uneven nails were also shared. The inconsistency in quality suggests that there may be some room for improvement in the skill level of the staff.
It is worth noting that one customer mentioned that the owner's behavior during a complaint was unprofessional and disrespectful. This reflects poorly on the overall management of the place and can leave a lasting negative impression on customers.
In terms of hygiene, there were no specific comments in the provided feedback. However, it is important to consider the cleanliness of any salon or spa to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for customers.
In conclusion, Asian Nails & Dayspa has both strengths and weaknesses. While the convenience of walk-in appointments and a loyal customer base are positive aspects, the negative comments regarding price, customer service, and skill level indicate areas for improvement. It is important for the management to address these concerns to maintain and attract new customers.
Best TL Reviews
I stopped by here because they were the only place that answered the phone. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of local/frequent customers that came in on Wednesday. They did seem genuinely vested in their loyal customers. While everyone was pleasant, it was pricey for just 1 color dips. $71 + $10 tip. They do seem thicker than I'd typically get but we're zip lining tomorrow so maybe that's for the best. Ultimately I appreciated that I was able to basically walk in, and they helped me in a pinch.
I went here because it’s a ”walk in only” place and wanted a quick manI. The man that did my nails was all business and it made me feel very uncomfortable he asked if I wanted square nails and I said yes but round edges I ended up with very short square nail and he cut me while cleaning my cuticles I am very dissatisfied in the service and the customer service. I expect people who work in any salon to be “people persons” and I don’t see that there (excluding one woman who works there) I’m just very disappointed in this place.
Paid $63 and $12 tip for gel pedicure. The place and people were nice, but I wish the skill level was as high as the price. My toe nails were not completely painted. If I'm paying that much the shaping and painting need to be up to par. Just disappointed it wasn't a job well done for the price.
This place was horrible!!!!!!! All of the employees were rude, not just to me but other customers too. Told them we wanted to have my little granddaughter done too...never said they wouldn't do her!!!! Then after they start her Mom's pedi, that's when they say they won't do my granddaughter!!!!!! My granddaughter was upset( it was a birthday gift). They agreed to do her fingernails and man was so rude to a child that it was ridiculous. A woman who was there to have hands and feet done, left because of what they did to my granddaughter and their rudeness. The entire thing could have been avoided if they would have told us immediately that they wouldn't do my granddaughter. I was visiting from out of town, so maybe this was an isolated incident...just know I'll never go back when I'm in town.
The day I went there, I asked for a full set and manicure. I received the WORST nail
set I ever received in my life. I went back the next day to get them taken off but they were closed. I went back the following day to get them removed as soon as they opened and to show them the job I received. I couldn't believe the treatment I received like it was my fault. They could have did a much better job on handling the situation than they did. I paid $95 for the worst nail set I ever had. They didn't even offer to redo them. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER!!!
I have been coming here once a month for years, and previously would have rated it 4-5 stars,. This past month, my pedicure was the poorest I have ever experienced, anywhere. My toe nails were filed crooked and in spite of being careful, within a week, the paint was horribly chipped on several toes. When I went back to ask for a touch-up, which I have not done prior to this visit, the woman who gave me the pedicure, who I gather may be the owner, told me it was my problem. I tried to respectfully and calmly explain that this has never happened before, I wasn't being careless with my painted toes, and just needed a touch-up. She repeated it was my problem, pointed to the door, and said "leave". That was my first and last experience with the owner and my last experience at this spa. Everyone else there has been friendly, professional, and given an excellent pedicure, but I will not be returning.
Very nice calming. Great pedicure thank you
The pedicures were very quick and not very good. Lasted maybe 15 minutes. My full set took 2 1/2 hours and came out terrible! Crooked nails, uneven, not at all what I asked for! My daughter toes are only half painted. When asked to make it right I was told all they can do is soak them off. No refund or fix. Would not recommend!
