I’ve been to a couple of nail salons, but this place SO wins. Not only do they do a beautiful job, but customer service here is really good, which in my opinion, seems to be what lacks most often at other nail salons.

Came in for a gel pedicure. Everything up until the polish was amazing. Foot massage, scrub etc. Was disappointed when I saw my toes as they were sloppily painted with polish all over my cuticles. Brian attempted to fix 3 nails after I pointed it out. I pointed it out again to the lady and she told me they were dry so there was nothing they could do. I’m 7 months pregnant so it will be hard to remove.
I've used many salons in Boise and always end up looking for someone new as quality declines after becoming an established client or overbooking leaves me waiting long after my appointment time.I've been getting my nails done at BT Nails for over 6 months and have always been very pleased. Very professional, accommodating and my nails have always looked great. No overbooking or long waits.
