What I asked for, versus what I got, $85 later. If your regular nail tech isn't there don't settle for anyone else because they have no idea what they're doing.
She even had the nerve to tell me "they're so pretty" when I told her she's not putting the rhinestones on correctly.
I ended up going home and taking it off then putting the rhinestones on myself.... Yes after paying $85.
I wasn't going to make a scene after she had finished about the price she was charging me. Just get out of there as fast as you can.
And they stole my photo of what I wanted and added it to their website as if it was what they actually did which is a lie.... stolen photo
I went to them to get my nails and toes done. When I got my nails done she broke my real nail but that’s not the problem I have with them. The next morning from getting my nails done with gel polish I thought my toe nail was coming up but it was the polish coming off my toe nails. So I called them over the phone and they told me to come in. When I got there they gone question me like I’m lying about them doing my nails. Who just pop up to a nail salon and and act like they came there. Then the lady who did my toes wasn’t even there the next day. So I end up leaving without anything accomplished. I wouldn’t be going back. I spent 145.00 and gave a tip.
Not my usual place. $35 to get a toe infection. Do not come here, you will get an infection they do not spray with alcohol they are not clean at all!!!!!! Health department to be called. I called them, they refuse to let me speak to a manager Oglethorpe is my closest mall here in South Carolina! Don’t come here if you don’t want to go to the hospital for a toe nail infection.
Definitely coming back! The lady I had did exactly what i asked for and I love it. It’s also cheap for its gel pedis and manis , especially for something so simple. Other places over change for bad survive you may experience, but this place was spectacular!
Exactly what I wanted! She took good care of my natural nails, very thorough manicure, and gave me a beautiful natural look ????
So I went with a friend to get out full set acrylics done on 02/22/22, it started with they didn’t have the right color and didn’t do my friends flowers how she wanted it well I had them for less than a week when they started falling off and my friend a few days later hers fell off as well I do not recommend them at all and they charged us too much for that
I came just for a Nail polish change and they charge me $43 on my nails and toes and said gel was extra that’s fine if the gel was extra but to charge someone for and full nail pedicure just for a a polish change is crazy this is still not the color I picked out I guess because they didn’t have enough I wanted but settled for because I was already in there . Will not be returning !
I asked for a fill in on my gel acrylic nails and they charged me the price of a usual full set not to mention most of the nails are either crooked or shaped oddly. Thumb finger is very swollen. Won’t be going again.
