Quick Facts About Luxe Nails & Spa
Luxe Nails & Spa has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, many customers appreciate the cleanliness of the salon. It is mentioned multiple times that the salon is clean, which is important for customers looking for a hygienic environment. The salon's ability to accommodate last-minute appointments is also mentioned as a positive aspect. Customers appreciate the flexibility of the salon in fitting them in even with short notice.
Another strength of Luxe Nails & Spa is their transparency regarding pricing. Customers mention that the salon is upfront about any additional costs and offers alternative options to ensure the customer gets the look they want. The reasonable prices are also mentioned as a positive aspect, making the salon a more affordable option compared to other nearby nail salons.
The technicians at Luxe Nails & Spa are praised for their professionalism and kindness. Multiple customers mention that the staff is friendly and takes their time to provide a satisfactory service. The attention given to the health of the nails is also appreciated, indicating that the technicians prioritize the well-being of their customers' nails.
Additionally, Luxe Nails & Spa offers non-toxic and vegan gel options, which is a favorable feature for customers who prioritize eco-friendly and animal-friendly products.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses identified by customers. One recurring complaint is the lack of skill of some technicians, particularly in executing powder manicures or dipping powder services. Customers mention inconsistent shaping, thickness, and uneven application of the polish, resulting in a sloppy and unsatisfactory outcome. Some customers suggest that the technicians may not be adequately trained or experienced for these specific services.
Another weakness mentioned is the long waiting time. One customer had to wait for 3.5 hours for acrylic removal and a full set, which is an unusually long time to spend at a salon. This indicates that Luxe Nails & Spa may have issues with efficiency and time management, which can be frustrating for customers who value their time.
There are also complaints about the rude staff and their behavior towards customers. One customer mentions that the staff expected a higher tip than what was given, leading to an unpleasant experience. Rude staff behavior can greatly impact the overall satisfaction of customers and result in negative reviews for the salon.
Lastly, the durability of the services provided by Luxe Nails & Spa is called into question. Several customers mention that their nails broke shortly after the service, suggesting that the application may be subpar, especially for the price paid. Some customers express dissatisfaction with the results and mention that the nails did not dry properly even after a significant amount of time.
In conclusion, Luxe Nails & Spa has strengths such as a clean salon, reasonable prices, transparency in pricing, and friendly and professional staff. However, there are weaknesses related to the skill level of some technicians, long waiting times, rude staff behavior, and durability issues with the services provided. These factors should be considered when deciding whether to visit Luxe Nails & Spa.

They are ok. I used to like Anna because she’s fast. Usually I get a powder manicure and they just can’t get it right. The shape is so sloppy and thick and every nail is differently shaped. If you point it out to them it just gets worse..For the price you pay their technicians are not skilled enough. Actively looking for another spot in the area, send tips!
I have been going to this nail salon for about a year now. They are very nice, and always can squeeze you in if you call 2+ hours before. I've never had trouble getting an appointment on the weekend. Their prices are very fair, and they're always super transparent if something is going to be extra, and offer you another option to get the look you want.
The salon itself is very clean, and I've always been pleased with how long my nails stay looking good (3+ weeks).
I wish people were more respectful of their time! Every time I go, at least 3 people come in asking for a complex set of nails, and act frustrated when they can't fit them in! They're super flexible with timing, so I wish people would value their work and time more. They never have shown any frustration, even when some customers are disgustingly rude.
Really nice experience here. I’ve been frustrated with a lot of nail salons in the area being too over priced or just being unprofessional or honestly just straight dirty. This place is clean, quick, professional and kind. And reasonablly priced!! I’m super indecisive and she was patient with me when I last minute switched to Halloween nails. And seriously she NAILED it. This will be my neighborhood spot moving forward.
Gigi is the best.
I started coming here back in April , came a couple of times before actually reviewing to test consistency and I have to say Angela has never failed me. It’s best to call in advance and make an appointment because if you walk in you might have to wait. Angela actually cares about the health of my nails and always take her time with my service. 5/5. Prices are a little steep but worth every penny. Anna is also great, she takes her time and is very friendly. After years of looking for a nail salon, I am so happy to have step foot in here! They also have non toxic vegan gel options which I love !!!
The nail tech acted as if she had never done dipping powder before, and based on the results that may be true. The top coat wasn’t dry and the tech rubbed it and asked “why is it still sticky” then instead of taking the polish off that she ruined, she just put another top coat on which dried uneven & bumpy. I would’ve asked for the polish to be redone but I was rushing. Then less than a week later one of my nails broke in the middle, followed by 3 additional broken nails. Clearly the nail application was bad. 4 out of 10 broken nails in less than 2 weeks is awful and it’s been physically painful as well. Not to mention, I paid 70+ for this service alone. If you’re getting dipping powder, consider somewhere else
Do not go. Cheap cheap cheap people Horrible experience, rude staff and expected more tip than what we gave: paid $45 for a pedicure and the nails didn’t event dry after 15 minutes.
They definitely water down their nail polish because after 15 minutes the nails were still wet. They just told me to wait.
Very clean shop! Friendly and fast! There color selection is great! I come to get a deluxe pedicure every 2ish months! Bring cash for tip or they have individual Zelle accounts
This was the most unpleasant nail experience of my life.
I sat in the salon for 3.5 hours for acrylic removal and full set.
One hour for Aida to remove it:
1.5 for her to shape and apply nails ( she said she was the only person to do full set). I made her reshape 3 times and she left then crooked, uneven, and not matching the other nails at ALL.
1 hr for her to reject the designs I asked for and to just do French which was SLOPPY.
I’m so embarrassed to walk around with them,
When asked why she couldn’t shape it right she said my nails beds. It’s a lie
I was charged 110 dollars
No one use Aida or Emily
They aren’t skilled in removal application and polish .
Look at image one and three
The arch is way off where it should start.
Image two and four look at my middle finger and ring look at my pointer finger. Are they almond? Are they on straight? NO
do not gamble by going here, they have a no refund sign and only tell you book another appointment as consolation. Y’all I waited 24 hrs to post this because I waited for Lux to DM me back but I was ignored. And No I don’t want to come back in.
Also I went with a friend, her review should be coming too
Don’t gamble your money, time or patience
