Unlicensed employee & this as not been the first time but this is the last since she messed up when given very clear instructions and waxed off half of my eyebrow and refused to correct her mistakes. When asked about her licensed she was showing others but hers and refused. Instead of helping they told us to be quiet and leave.
Went in for a fill I’ve called ahead to make an appointment the said I could walk in since they weren’t busy I had to wait 10 minutes because they were in fact busy. One they sat me down I told the lady I was going to be getting the same powder color I had (light pink powder) she proceeds to file down the topcoat I had on and as she’s doing so she has the speed of her machine all the way up and hurts my fingers then she proceeds to change the file on her machine and only files down my left hand properly. When on my right hand, you could clearly see I still have topcoat on it. I’ve told her she didn’t file down my right hand and she ignored me and kept doing her own thing when she brings out a pink powder color. I tell her that it’s not the same one I have on and she gives me attitude asking me if I know my powder color and I said yes it’s a light pink you should have is one of the basic starting colors she proceeds to talk among others and another nail tech came looked at my nails and matched me to the right color and she told her to pay closer attention on matching colors. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve should’ve waited for my nail tech to be open tomorrow instead of not being patient enough and dealing with the broken nail for one day. What could’ve been a $40 or $45 fill where I usually go it came out to be $65 for a fill and to fix a broken nail.
I want to thank Holly for her beautiful work. I came with an idea and she threw some more in and together we created this set. She's awesome. I definitely recommend her!
They’re rude. Not worth 50$ for an acrylic set. Take your time and money else where. Long wait even if you make an appointment. I waited about 45 minutes to get sat down. They took in people who came after me. Go to Avenus Nails. They’re cheaper, nicer but take longer
I only book my nail appointments with Ailyn. She always does a great job and shapes my nails perfectly.
Kelly does a fantastic job with my french gel manicures. Her gel manicure lasts 2-3 weeks. Really all the gals there are great, relaxing pedicures, too.
