Quick Facts About Happy Barber
Happy Barber place has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Starting with the strengths, one recurring theme is the affordability of the barbershop. Many customers mentioned that the prices at Happy Barber place were significantly lower than other nearby salons. For example, one customer mentioned that another salon was charging $25 for a haircut, while Happy Barber place only charged $12. This affordability is highly valued by customers and is likely a major strength of the barbershop.
Another strength mentioned by customers is the expertise and skill of the barbers, particularly the two older ladies who work there. Customers praised their ability to deliver quality haircuts, specifically mentioning their skills in men's haircuts like a medium skin fade. The fact that these barbers are able to provide a high-quality service comparable to boutique barbershops is a significant advantage for Happy Barber place.
Customers also appreciated the convenience and accessibility of the barbershop. Many mentioned that it was a walk-in style establishment, allowing them to get a haircut without having to make an appointment. This flexibility, combined with minimal wait times, was valued by customers who preferred a quick and efficient experience. Additionally, the fact that the barbershop is open on Sundays was mentioned as another convenient aspect of the business.
Friendliness and customer service were also highlighted as strengths of Happy Barber place. Several customers mentioned that the staff, who are primarily of Asian descent, were friendly and welcoming. Additionally, many customers expressed a long-standing relationship with the barbershop, indicating a positive and satisfying experience over multiple visits.
However, there are also some weaknesses addressed in the comments. One customer had a negative experience when compressed air was shot at their right ear drum twice, causing discomfort. Although this seems to be a rare occurrence, it raises a concern about the safety and attention to detail in the barbershop.
Another weakness mentioned was a lack of consistency in the haircuts provided by different barbers. While the two older ladies were praised for their skills and ability to deliver the desired haircut, one customer experienced difficulty with one of the male barbers. They mentioned that he did not listen well to their requests and had a different interpretation of the desired style. This inconsistency in the quality of service can be a drawback for some customers.
Furthermore, one customer mentioned that they had their hair cut elsewhere before coming to Happy Barber place to fix it. This raises a question about the barbershop's ability to handle corrective or complicated haircuts, as the customer only mentioned a quick and fast fix rather than a more detailed explanation of the process.
Overall, Happy Barber place appears to have several strengths, such as affordability, expertise in men's haircuts, convenience, and friendly service. However, weaknesses in terms of customer experience, consistency, and corrective haircuts should be addressed to ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Top Notch experience. Most importantly besides the great haircut was the fact that before I checked in at Happy Barber I went and asked at the Hair salon 75 yards east wanted $25 to cut my hair and Happy Barber did it for $12. Was So Satisfied I tipped w u u the gentleman's name pronounced who I tipped him 25 or 30%! Happy holy days Merry Christmas and a happy healthy and prosperous New Year 2023 to everyone at Happy Barber!
Experience was great until the compressed air was shot at my right ear drum, twice. I've had people use that to clear hair before, for years. This is the first time I've had such a horrible experience anywhere.
Great affordable barbers. My son and I have been going to Happy Barber for 10+ years.
They messed up my hair cut I asked for a taper and they made the back super short
This is a no frills barber, walk-in style, reminds me of a military barber shop. There are 2 older ladies, one wears glasses. They both know their stuff. I always ask for a medium skin fade, they have both delivered and do a great job. I will also mention that these two ladies have skills competitive with those men’s boutique barbers for my style of haircut, so I come to this place because I can walk right in and get a cut even on a Sunday. They listen and have not tried to do anything extra without asking. Word of caution, I got a cut a couple times by one of the gentleman there. He was not as good at listening to what I wanted or his interpretation of a medium skin fade looks more like a high skin fade. That’s the reason this place gets 4 stars but I will most likely keep coming here for a long time. Good price for a quality cut.
We got my brothers hair cut in a another place and let's say they didn't do great.. So instead we found this place and it was WONDERFUL, they fixed up his hair really quick and fast. We are definitely coming back here!
Been getting a haircut here since 2014 and always happy with the results. It's gotten a bit pricey due to the pandemic but I still continue to go. It's an Asian run establishment and they are always friendly and welcoming
These people are my go too. Quick clean and never disappointed.
Very fair priced for great service.
I always tip more than $5 cause I have never had a bad hair cut from them here.
I usually just walk in with no appointment, but I think you can schedule one if needed. But I have never waited longer than 3 minutes to get seated for my hair cut.
And they are very skilled and prompt with their work. I typically see other men getting their hair cut here. Not sure if they do coloring or many women hair styles.
