Please do not come here. This is business, but no one is professional. It was so loud because they were all yelling or talking trash about their consumers. The lady that did my feet sucked, so badly. Didn’t shape my toe nail, so my nail isn’t straight. Didn’t paint my whole toe, there are spots missing polish. She put lotion on my legs and rubbed my leg 5 fives (I counted) and was done, what kind of massage was that? . It was such a rushed job that my feet took her 7 mins to do. She also called me poor because I didn’t want the deluxe pedicure or gel polish on my toes.
The lady who painted my toes didn’t fill in my whole nails either. Omg I never experienced such bad service. I feel like crying it’s so bad. Worst $$$ I ever spent. Gosh I really hope they improve. First time coming here and never coming here again.

I spoke English because my Vietnamese isn’t the best, but I sure can understand everything. Truly, please don’t come here. I seriously can cry when I look at my nails and toes.
I went and got a pedicure. A basic pedicure with regular nail polish. Of course the lady asked me 5 more times did I want gel color. The completed job was horrible. They rush to do your nails and do a lack luster job. Highly disappointed in the end product. Half of my big toes nail even broke off.

I’m Not Rude At All I Promise .. So She Took Note Of That & Continued To Clean It .. So I Notice Dead Skin So I Asked Her If She Could Get That & She Took The Cuticle Cutter & Literally Stabs The Hell Out My Toe & Im Like Ouch That Hurts .. Mind You When I Asked She Started Huffing & Puff & I’m Like Okay If I Say Something They Are Just Going To Say This Is So Stereotypical Of A Black Woman So I Kept Calm But Once She Started Putting On The Oil She Started Throwing My Toes & Feet Down & At That Point I’m Just Over It . I Was Ready To Go . Fast Forward To My Boyfriend $20 MANICURE .. That’s The Same Price As My Pedicure & All That Lady Did Was Barely Cut His Cuticles & Polished His Nails . I Have Never Had A Manicure Like That . Even A $10 From My Favorite Nail Salon Was Better Than That . & When I Went To Pay For It I Didn’t Know It Was $20 & I Had Already Paid & I Said Something & The Man Tried To Argue With Me . Ps- My Feet Are Chipping & I Got Gel .. It’s Only Been 2 Day . I’ve Gotten Gel Pedicures For YEARS Now . Since I First Heard Of Gel Nail Polish & They Always Last A Whole Month With No Chipping .
First off I love the job my technician did on my nails. She took the time to find the right shade of pink powder to use to get the color I wanted. She was patient with me and did an AMAZING job giving me exactly the look I wanted. The pedicure I received from Tom as I think that was his name was a different story. I still have dead skin on the bottom of my foot and even on my toe smh! The tech at table 16 I highly recommend, but get someone else please if you want a good pedicure.
If I could give 0 stars...my nails on 5of my fingers were lifting after one week...went back they wouldn't let me get a different tech.. had the same big face lady at station #5 redo them lifting again after one week ...she left glue around my cuticles and also didn't clean them up..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. And the other tech with no customer gambling and playing cards.
On Thursday 4/7/2022 I received a "fill-in" from INAILS & BEYOND.
As of Tuesday 4/12/2022 my nails started to pop off and have been doing so throughout the week. I'm very disappointed with the caliber of service I received. With fill in + pedicure + tip I paid $139.00. I noticed that prices have increased. I'm ok with that, however my time is extremely valuable. I have never had this amount of nails to just pop off. Per the photo, you can see that my nails were done very recently. I'm at a loss. I won't comment on the disregard I feel, in general and in mass, as a black consumer. That's another issue. But I am extremely disgusted at the lack of quality of service.

I decided to patronize this business since my regular nail tech of 4 years went on emergency leave. They were pretty busy so I decided to wait because I am a patient woman. Looking around I saw a tech whose name was the same as my regular nail tech (Oanh). I watched her as she serviced her client. She took her time and really took care of him, so I requested her. Since I was a new customer I explained a few things that I liked and didn't like. She did a really good job with the pedicure and massage. I was impressed at how relaxing the service and massage was. Things quickly took a turn when she did my gel polish. After the second coat on my left foot she scraped the polish off and proceeded to add another coat ???? I knew it was gonna be thick and lumpy yet she still proceeded with another coat. At the end she got mad, and I could tell because she was a lil rougher and trying to move fast like HURRY UP AND GO!! When she finished she said, "No manicure now huh?" ???????????????? It took alot for me not to go off on her instead I am sittting here at the front of the shop writing this review. I won't be back!! If I could give zero stars I WOULD!!
BOTTOM LINE: Cheap products, high prices, low value. They use cheap nail polish that starts chipping or falling off (in the case of gel nail polish) and over charge for the service. The photos you see are the results of a gel manicure. On Day 2 the first gel nail came off. Now on Day 4 post gel manicure I only have a TOTAL of 3 nails with the gel polish still on but now it’s already chipping as well. The gel polish brand was DND. I chose 613 Cinnamon Whip. Love the nude color, don’t like the cheap quality products. The people were nice enough but eager to upsell your services. I’ll stick with press on nails..
