I paid $180 plus $30 for my hair to be braided in micros all the way to the ends on 6/26. These pictures are the next day 6/27. I contacted store and texted Barry the owner these pics. Only to get the phone hung in my face the next day with I will call you back! This unacceptable, my hair was still wet so I couldn't tell and I also tipped braider $20.00. THESE ARE NOT MICROS, AND THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT BRAIDED TO THE ENDS!!

If you want your hair to stay in your head THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GET YOU HAIR BRAIDED…Barry did my hair and literally was either not in a good mood or she just was upset with me. She was tugging and pulling in my hair as if she did not understand hair care. Yes I have a lot of hair however it’s mine and I want to keep it. To the point I was combing out my own hair, while she did the braid. The first time I got my hair done here an older woman did my hair and she was perfect. Which is why I went back. But after Barry did my hair I will NEVER return to this place EVER. They ain’t got to worry about me. I didn’t even get a difficult style. I got large box braids that weren’t even knotless. Ladies run away. Hair care is not a concern for them. Keep your edges and find someone who has the time!

Barry pulled out my edges and talked bad about me with the other hair braided. Beware of this African lady Barry puts hexes on people when she do there hair. One girl has said she suffers from headaches everyday since coming to her shop.

I went in to get to get one style and ended up getting individuals because they wanted to charge me 250 for micros because my hair was too long. Then I ended with the older braider who took 7.5 hours to braid my hair and its hasn't even been 2 weeks and my braids are loose and some even came out and the amount of time she took to do it you would think that it would be decent there are so many big parts in the middle of my head it ridiculous because I felt like she didn't want to braid it in the first place. This is the worst experience ever this is exactly why I choose to braid my own hair. I wouldn't recommend them to any one they are so unprofessional.

Barry (the owner) is so nice, today was my second time going to her and getting my hair braided. She braids very quick, and the pricing is fair... On a good day she'll have you in and out in about two hours or less depending on the style of course. The salon is always clean, and staff is very friendly as well.

The owner Barry is very disrespectful how the hell u argue with ur customers because they asked you do u have a cashapp & you not providing the service make it make sense the woman so disrespectful I wouldn’t even recommend a dog to get serviced from her salon. I had a horrible experience went for the first time today. Showed a picture after work was done looked nothing like the picture. Then the braids were coming apart and frizzy. Tried to talk me into keeping something I didn't like and did not want to give me my money back. When she did give it back she charged for the hair and the mediocre time the stylist spent doing bad work. They don't know how to braid in this shop. All the work is sloppy and not neat. Another girl came back the same day because her braids fell apart after two days and had the same problem. Would never recommend this place to anyone stay away and save your money.
