Love this huge beauty supply in town. Very nice managers and decent price products!!
I bought gold hoop earrings. I’ve purchased others before and was always satisfied. I had a problem keeping them fasten. I took them back the young lady was extra nasty like I was trying to cheat her out of $100.00 earrings. She clamped the closure with pliers. I told her that had already been done and it would not stay secured. It would fall out my ear. She made a hump sound and went back to work. I went to the car because I am non-confrontational . I put them back on and the earring once again feel off. I went back in, and I approached a young man. I explained what was going on. He attempted to do the same thing I told him it didn’t work. He got agitated and the two employees spoke in their native language and walked off. I told them I was not trying to be difficult; I am 69 years old. I just want a pair of earrings that would stay in place. I didn’t like the treatment given. I chalked it up to Nasty service. I went to Amazon and found the earring like the ones I wasted my money on in this ungrateful place. I must say the elderly lady that sometimes work in there is nice. But the others two are just Nasty. . As a reminder to my self: for earrings go to Belk’s, Macys, J C Penny’s, or Amazon and stay out of places like this. I did report them to the Better Business Bureau, and I will report them to other agencies.
I’m originally from NY so the beauty supply stores up there are really of a high caliber. In the time I’ve relocated here I’ve patronized this particular store about five times. The quality of products sold are probably good for a starter location. Newer popular items (lace front glue, wig elastics, etc) are not offered I overheard a young lady inquiring if they sold wig elastics-Im sure she was creating a wig. She was offered a wig headband that is worn under a wig to keep it attached. Then was told”we’ll a headband is the same”. No sir. It is not. The owner is verrry condescending and has been politely put in his place all five times I’ve been there. I’ve doing my own hair off/on for about 25-30 years so I’m pretty knowledgeable on how-tos and what works for my hair. I’m sure if I don’t know how a product works I would ask-don’t just assume I don’t know what I am doing. Believe me, I am well aware a sponge brush is not going to work on a straight synthetic wig, but it WILL work on my short natural hair underneath. Don’t ask if the brush is for my son. I will be going back to beauty stop on Augusta or to King beauty. Or ordering on line from my hair store back home. Hair trends are constantly changing. To stay current you have to go to hair shows, beauty supply trade shows. Mostly, you need to listen to your customers.
Call this business to ask if they carry a particular product. After telling me they had 3 brands, he wouldn't tell me which ones they carry. He told me to visit the store. If I visit and do not like the brands you carry I still will not purchase them. I have shopped here many times but the last few years the customer service has not been the same.
THIS SALON IS THE BEST I'VE ATTENDED! THE FRUITS IN THE PEDICURE WATER IS SO PAMPERING!!! THE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY SKILLED, AND QUALIFIED!! IT IS SO INTRIGUING THAT THE MEN ARE SO EXCELLENT WITH THEIR CRAFT. VERY UNUSUAL, BUT HIGHLY ACCEPTED!! THIS IS THE PLACE SC TO RELAX IN YOUR ME TIME, GIRL SPACE !!!

I tried to exchange a product and the manager would not let me. The item was purchased on the same day. He was very rude and belittling. Do not patronize this beauty supply store. We keep them in business and at the very least he could be respectful.
