Bad customer service I half way open a pack hair to match and the hair fail out the pack as soon as I open it the worker watch me the whole time while I was in the there and accuse me of doing it I will never come back to any Beauty trends in Birmingham agin because ever time I come in there it’s the worst customer service for me and my clients
