I am from out of state and was excited to see a shop with wigs and hair extensions so I stopped in..I immediately went back to the back and was checking out all the wigs...i was back there a good 15 min looking...not one time did anyone come to help me...so i went up front asked about blonde wigs..a lady sed we would have to look after you tell us what you like... So I headed back to the back found which ones I thought I would like...i stood around another 15 mins or longer.. again no one came to help me.. nobody even asked if I needed anything or could they assist me. I was so disappointed so then I went up to the front and was looking all around for clip-in hair extensions and finally found them behind the counter and again nobody offered to help me. If they were busy i could understand. There was one lady in there besides myself and the workers were more interested in talking about kids then helping me. I was very very very disappointed in the customer service. I was planning on spending five to six hundred dollars on hair but I was just so disgusted in the lack of customer service I just left. I should not have to chase a worker around the store for help. Its not like i can go behind the counter and look myself. Their prices seemed good and they had a full stocked store with good selections. The store was super clean but the customer service was non existent.
It's very organized. Bring a mask! The staff is very helpful without being creepy and following you around the store. Excellent selection of wigs and hair. I always leave with that 'one more' item I didn't know I wanted! 5 solid stars from me!!

Theres a Mother and daughter duo that works there. The mother is nice but her daughter doesnt have a clue whats going on. Ask her for something and she never knows where nothings at. Always nervous as if she's on something. Gave her $20 my total was $17.57 she gave me back $12.33. Thanks for the tip.
This the best hair care store that's owned by foreigners. This guy is super friendly and helpful. They have the best yet competitive prices around.
The lady that greeted me has absolutely no idea about the difference between Raw bundles and packed/ bagged hair. The store was below subpar
I shop at beauty world a lot. I am a braider so I usually send my clients here for their hair needs. They are a little pricy compared to other stores but I just purchase the more expensive products elsewhere. They have a good variety of hair, I know that it is a smaller store so they don’t always have the most up to date items, however they do try to keep up. I especially like how they’ve been handling things since Covid. This is one of the few stores I trust to go in and it is always clean!
