The staff was friendly and welcoming. However I was not pleased with the manicure. My cuticles were not properly trimmed and I have several cuts on my fingers. The quality of the product seems subpar, as even the gel polish chipped within hours.
This place is absolutely amazing. They always work with whatever time u would like to come in. They treat the customers with great respect and loyalty. I have never gone to any of place to get nails done and will continue to drive 45 mins to get them done
The owners of Elite Nails and Spa are amazing and make sure they understand exactly what you are looking for to guarantee your satisfaction. I am very particular about how I want my nails done and they make them perfect every time!
Overall great experience- quickly had 3 Full sets done for wedding festivities this coming weekend. $45 Full Set with gel top coat. (I did whitetips)$30/$35 for regular color. $50 Gel Tips full set Its colored all the way through.(Gray Set). We really like how all the sets came out. Super Nice.
I have been going to Elite Nail spa since I’ve moved to Hartford, 7 years ago. The owners are extremely nice and always wanting to make their clients happy. The service is superb!
One of my nails popped off 8 days after I had it done. I stopped in and they fixed it. I love going here they are friendly.
My husband, daughter and I all went in for pedicures. The place is very nice and clean and the people were very friendly and upbeat. Had a wonderful experience. ????
This place was great... i set a appointment for 10:00 and picked out my colors, the lady there was so helpful... the nail tech was really sweet and gave me the nails i asked for... she was super nice and understands everything i was telling her
