This place is by far the best in CR. Courteous and cool staff. Professional and clean environment. And my nail design was executed perfectly. Will be making this my regular salon from now on.
Update: I have had to get 3 nails fixed due to splitting and cracking. I called to schedule a repair and was told they were too busy. For the price, I don’t see myself returning here.
Had pedicure. Satisfied with the foot/leg massage but just
not happy for the way the polish looks. Messy, yes I should have said something before I left but felt like I was being pushed out. Other customers to deal with instead of making the current customer happy. Pretty sure won't be going back. Place us clean,very well organized.
Went here for the first time a few years ago and didn't have the best experience. Nails were fine but the overall experience pushed me away. Decided to give it another try this past week and I was so impressed! Called and made an appointment, owner greeted me by name when I arrived, got right in and the tech did amazing. Owner used my name again while leaving. Salon was very clean and organized. Very glad my first experience was a fluke and I got to experience the salon my friends rave about!
Had a fantastic experience here. It is a little pricey, but as usual you get what you pay for, and this is worth every penny!! My nails look great,, and the pedi was one of the best I have ever had.. Owner was friendly, and made a point to greet repeat customers by name, and I saw him try to handle a difficult customer with kindness. All in all, a GREAT salon!
Had to go back to have nails fixed the time before they lifted and broke (3). I paid $64 the first time the second time I went back they charged me another $38 that was within a week so I paid a total of $102.00 for a set and then to them a week later because they didn’t last. So this time I went back and had a new set put on $64.00, and with in 4 days they had started to lift around the edges. I again went back. This time the tech went around the edges glued back down and sent me out the door they were not polished buffed or anything so now I can go somewhere else and get them fixed. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
The gentleman on the phone and at the front desk is grouchy and inconsiderate. They declined my friend since she was a walk-in but turned around and accepted 3 girls. They offered water but never delivered. The guy that did my pedicure was great but didn’t know how to polish my toenails. He gave me the container full of rhinestones to choose from. I showed a picture and said I’ll want large and small white rhinestones. Shortly another worker came over and applied all small rose gold rhinestones. I said that’s not right and she said “It looks good.” That doesn’t matter because that’s not what I asked for. The rhinestones where all over the place. They kept forgetting me. They finally said we’re ready for your manicure. I declined and said I’ll pay and go (as I wasn’t ready for them to mess up my nails and not fix) The guy at the front desk then started to ask questions and become confrontational. I was uncomfortable as they wouldn’t listen and/or fix my nails. Instead they got mean. Also rhinestones on your toenails are $20? What? I left the nail salon unhappy and unsatisfied. My toes look like garbage. I will never ever return.
I used to LOVE this place. Unfortunately the last multiple times I’ve gone the quality for what I pay is AWFUL. They lift within a week usually are uneven and messy and when you ask for a tip or nail to be corrected they act insulted. There are only maybe 3 techs that aren’t horrible but for what they charge I don’t have intentions of going back
