says on their website that their wheelchair accessible but it definitely was not. I couldn’t even fit under the table so I had to switch hands back-and-forth and I could tell the old man was getting frustrated. It took over two hours to do a full set with pretty simple designs and not long and I was charged over $100 and I got a decal like a piercing on my ring finger and I asked the lady if it was gonna stay she secured me because I asked more than once and they were getting frustrated and rude and like yeah and they both fell out the same day so service was rushed very unorganized not accommodating whatsoever for a person in a wheelchair or a disability I really did like the way my nails came out. It just sucks when you’re miss treated, and people not being professional.
My favorite place to go in Woodburn! My favorite is the man who works there and always answers the phone. He does good work and is friendly. He remembers who I am when I go! Makes me want to go again.
I paid $85 for these nails, and while I liked them, there were a few issues: my cuticles were swollen and bruised, and my thumb was bleeding. I understand that it was New Year's Eve, but I waited more than an hour and 20 minutes and i had an appointment
Worst set if ever had. They’re so ugly. I left crying of how mad I was I wanted the ones in the picture and they couldn’t even do an ombré. Plus they charged me $65. Way too expensive for this.
Was in here today they took a few to get 2 nails fixed and done but they did a great job I loved them ♥️
For the money we paid we were very disappointed in the pedicures. We waited a while, no problem. Once started there was 1 person doing both pedis.. fine... not happy but whatever. The work however was the final no for me. Very rushed and slapped on... the massage chair put more work in than they did... sadly we won't be back.
I asked for a full pedicure with massage but with regular nail polish not the gel. I already had the color I wanted picked out, she sees the color and goes back to look for the gel. When she comes back I tell her again I want this one. The one in my hand. She looks annoyed because I wouldn't get the upgrade. She did everything super fast she barely scrubbed my feet. When I pointed out what she had missed she worked on it and rushed it too. She was about to apply color when i asked her if she could work on my feet more, she ignored me so I asked again this time moving my feet. She gave me a stern NO. Other clients even looked in my direction when they heard her. Me and my mom were both getting pedicures at the same time. I was done and my mom was barely getting hers painted. That's how rushed this lady was. This was the older lady, she's been there a while. Then she asked if I still wanted a manicure so I gave her a stern NO. Next thing she collects her nail kit walks to the back room looking furious blurting out things in another language that I assume were about me. Very unprofessional. But other workers do a great job there so I will still go back. I just won't get my nails done by her
Last time I came in multiple people came in at the same time appt as mine & the workers didn't seem to care as they were still busy with other customers. Another lady who came in after me also stating she had same appt time was helped first while I was still sitting & waiting. Waited an hour before they even sat me down (this was with appt). Today they tried to do the same thing and I called Elegant Nails at Wal-Mart as I was waiting and they got me in within 5 min of calling. Most likely never coming back here.
