it was AWFUL. NEVER going back. i asked for an almond shape and they gave me a huge oval. i also asked for a french tip..you’re supposed to paint it nude and a thin white tip on top. they gave me a huge tip and never painted nude under. it is clear under and you can see my nail under and it’s HORRIBLE. i even asked them to change it while she was doing it because she was doing it wrong and she said “No it pretty” i then replied with “Well i’m sorry but i don’t like it may you please change it?” and she straight up said no. if i have a different acrylic place recommendation it would be 7 star.

I LOVE MY NAILS! She did so good, she was so patient and she really took her time to pay attention to every little detail. This is the BEST Nail experience I have ever had. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

Me and my sister in-laws came in to get out nails done. They were really nice people. All of our nails where messed up. My nails go side ways and one thumb nail is wider and longer than the other. My sister in law asked for coffin shaped and she got long regular instead. They are also chipping after one day. My other sister in laws nails were bumpy and oddly shaped. They were nice people just had a bad day I'm guessing.

Usually I do my own nails, but decided to treat myself after some great medical news I received. I asked for a pedicure with gel polish and gel polish on my natural nails. The customer service was great. The nail artist was pleasant, as was the gentleman who prepped my feet for the pedicure. However it is two days later and all of the gel is off of my fingernails! Whenever I usually use gel it lasts and I have to remove it. Also one of my toes is pretty sloppy. Very disappointing.

My new go to nail salon!! Its not just about the nails for me, like most (hence the reason it's a nail salon)...but it's also about the atmosphere and the experience as well!! And my nails look awesome!!

Went in with a friend. We both asked for dip. She applied the dip with a purple liquid like acrylic. The dip is inconsistent and I can see thru some parts mainly at the top of my nails. I asked for oval shape and my nails are uneven. I didn't want to speak up about the service because when my friend started to question the lady who was doing our nails and she was rude and told her she has been doing this for 17 years and to not question a good nail tech.

The lady doing our nails also made us keep switching chairs between me and my friend instead of us sitting at one station. My friend is 7 months pregnant so this was very

uncomfortable for her and not relaxing at all.

Horrible experience. I got my nails done yesterday. Gel acrylics, and one has already snapped today. Less than 24 hours. The people there were slightly rude about my friend wanting to change her fingernail polish when they had only just started her toe nails. She had plenty of time. And they got a bit snippy with her when she only asked me if I was getting my nails rounded. The paint on my nails did not cover my entire nail, which I believe is the point of getting my nails painted. 0/10. Would not recommend.
