Now, If you had any iota of business integrity you would have contacted me to visually see those sporadic micro braids. You did not!
Instead you invented that whacky response below in an effort to drive away attention from your braiders to me. Sorry! Your braider did do as detailed.
FYI the braids for the month of Feb only lasted for 28 days. Took 'em off quick enough to prevent those microbraids from breaking off ****)

Twice now I've had my hair braided and wishing to warn everyone about these non-english speaking African female braiders.
The braiders sneakily braid extremely tiny tiny braids on various parts of your heads, against your wish, so that the hair will break on these spots.
Let me try to make this clear. You know very well black women are having challenges with going bald at various spots on the head. This is why. Your braider will pick very very little hair in random spots, then braid it very tight so that it will eventually fall off.
Thankfully just discovered six micro micro braids on a head full of medium box braids. Omg! Omg! The six are so so small and so so tight it makes no sense why I have these tiny tiny braids on a head full of medium sized box braids. Same thing happened last month when a different braider did my hair.
Am taking them out then headed to a different place to get them re-done.
Am a fairly attractive African lady with beautiful natural hair and, this must be how these jealous non-English speaking African braiders ensure someone progressively looses their hair, thus going bald.
Oh, not to mention that same braider attempted to use a dirty apron right from the dirty clothes basket but, I stopped her. She had to go find a clean one, which I really hope was clean.
Ladies watch out for this too. Unsanitary people!!
Stay away from this hair shop!
No amount of explanation or apology will fix this. It has happened twice therefore it is intentional and, one can only imagine how often you all do this to innocent clients.
Would not recommend visiting this shop!
I always get good service from Bebe and her team. Wherever I go, I get so many compliments on my hair and I have given out her number to many people. ☺️
Gave three stars because while it is nowhere near what I asked for, which was medium sized box braids mid back length. The medium size micro-braids that hang to my butt are very neat a beautiful color and not too tight on my scalp. However the salon was not very clean, and the staff spent 95% of the time speaking to one another in loud French not paying any attention to the customers ????. It also took 8 hours to complete a style I did not ask for as opposed to the 4-5 hrs it would have taken for the style I asked for. However since the stylist who did my hair spoke NO English and the owner of the shop left for hours without checking in I think she did an awesome job. So 3 stars but I won't go again.
Reply- as I said above the stylist did "an awesome job" as i informed you the owner what i wanted (not the non English speaking stylist) and you left. The tip was for her technique the three stars was for her technique the two star deduction was for everything else. Enjoy your day ma'am
My experience was very good. I had a three O'clock appointment and I got there a little early and I was taken care of as soon as I got there.The atmosphere was great and they did an amazing job on my hair no complaints on my end I will be going back ????
This was my second time visiting this location and I will definitely NEVER be back again.. Unprofessional! This is the second time I have presented a picture and they claim to be able to do it exactly or at least close to the picture and it wasn’t.. I only returned the second time because even though it wasn’t what I asked for it was a good job but only after 3 different people had worked on my head after starting a hour late and waiting in between for the next person to start.. This time I made a appointment as last time and when I got there I was told someone was running late but would arrive in 15 mins, 15 mins turned into a hour before someone came to start my head and then my hair looked horrible when finished! I only waited because I had a appointment for something after and my hair was already washed n blown out for braids and I late for my appointment..
I haven't been to Yacine in years. Yesterday I went back to get my hair braided expecting it to take all day. Bebe got me in that chair and my hair was done 5 hours later..the atmosphere is safe and friendly and the service was great.
Bebe has been braiding me and my family hair about 20 yrs, her work is very neat and she's pleasant to be around, I'm a hairstylist and I only refer her when people inquire about braids...she is the best in my eyes ❤
Been there twice and although my hair is neat when I leave their shop, my hair is never the way I want it and my hair never looks like the picture(s) I show them. Also they braid tight as hell and I couldn't sleep for 2 days
