I had a great experience. My nails came out wonderfully! My only gripe is a couple of my nails are crooked and not straight. Outside of that, my nail tech was very meticulous. :) I definitely plan on returning.
The experience was horrible. Waited hour with a broken chair and cold water on my feet.
Then two aggressive older women worked on me. One woman worked on my nails as one worked on my feet. Painful, rough and uncaring the were brutal!! I tried to enjoy it because I was with my daughter but as I suggested to be softer, the one woman became angry, talking about me to the other. The receptionist was a wonderful young lady. Every one else was Horrible!! Never go there!!
I had my dipping nails removed and the person that did them twice was terribly rough on my nails. After I asked to be gentle he seem to forget and I kept needing to remind him. I went home with sore nails for 2 days. They need better client support and service.
First time here, clean and modern decor, but horrible job doing acrylics. Lady was rough, put glue all over the nail and then used a file to essentially peel my skin from the nail!! Then she applied a super thick coat of acrylic even tho I kept telling her I want thin and ‘squovel’ edges. I’ll have to go somewhere today to get it fixed because it’s so body and ugly. Not to mention there was no cuticle care or any soaking of the nails.
I love my nails every time I come here. I bring my daughter too and we 100% satisfied every visit. I see Cindy for mine and she is a perfectionist. I love it!
I have had great experiences here. They do a beautiful job, are really friendly, and the pedicures are fabulous. Splurging on one of the spa pedicures is the best thing you can do for yourself! I used to go to the one by kohls but the quality of the gel manicures are definitely better at belle femme. Also the location is great because you can get errands done at the same time. Appointments recommended though. The take walkins but they are often very busy.
They were so badly done he cut my fingers with the file not what I wanted and the nails where different sizes this is unexceptional he charged $55 for nails that where so badly done please save ur money don’t go their.
My mother and I entered to see the prices and to make a appointment. I am bilingual and my mother sometimes has trouble communicating and understanding English.
I asked the lady how much and how are the nails are done. She smirked and then explained a little. Afterwards she complete ignored us. She was laughing and talking to her co worker. We stood there. She turned and said to just take the paper with us. We finally made a appointment and then she walks away.. People these days don’t have manners and respect. I was communicating clearly and respectful. Very uncomfortable solution.
