Been going to Belle’s for many years. Did not have an appointment today. Waited for 2 hours after being told 3 times that it will be 15 minutes more. I understand they were busy but had someone told me when I got there that there was a very long wait I would have come back at a later time or made an appointment for another time. Very poor communication from the staff. Had to leave because I had another appointment. Very frustrated and disappointed. I won’t go back.
Great and fast service and careful attention to your nails! Beautiful work and kind people definitely recommend! I was personally helped by Andy and he was amazing!
Just went here yesterday I like to bring my own colors so I got a Mani and Pedi the lady goes here. Choose your color and then gives me pink and I don’t want pink. I will never be back here. give zero stars but I can’t. It won’t let me.
So I went Friday 08/26/22 to get a pedicure and a fill-in($70.00).Customer Service was A-1, pedicure was nice with the exception of the young lady not knowing how to polish. I asked for polish change because she missed spots and the polish was messy and to thick. So I picked a different polish just for her not to take off all of the previous polish and once again a rush job. I took my losses and will not return
I went here on a Friday and on Saturday I noticed my polish was already chipping. I called and was told to come in on Monday to have them re done. When I got to this salon Ann the young lady who did my nails said sorry these are not warranty . I said I paid 25.00 for manicure and the polish shouldn't come off in one day. I won't be using them again for anything in the future.
If you don't like being manhandled for what is supposed to be a relaxing time. I went in on Saturday morning for a pedi and the guy (HONG) that works there started to work on my pedi and he was very ruff. I asked him to ask me to turn to better assist him in my pedi and he drained the water and yelled at me. Lady work on you. I said because I won't allow you to be ruff with me. He responded you go back to front and wait on someone else I said so your refusing me service. I would never recommend or step foot in this place ever again. The customer service is beyond reprehensible.
I have been coming to Tina here for 10 years! You won't find a cleaner salon in the Shores. They are really great with keeping your appointments running on time as well. Recommend the tropical pedi ????????
This is my new spot!! I've been looking in this area for a year and been to alot of different salons, this one is the best. They got me in right away, helped me pick out a specific color I was wanting and gave me a TERRIFIC massage and pedicure. Their massage chairs are newer and work very well. I will ONLY come here!!
