It was my first time here, I went with my friend and I was pleasantly surprised with my nails. I absolutely LOVE them!! My nails never looked so good, and I've had fake nails many, many times but these are the best. The lady who owns the place did mine and I will definitely be back to see her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Buyer beware! On November 18, 2022 I went for a pedicure at Botanical Nails Bar & Spa of Clearwater Florida. The nail technician I had did a hatchet job not one big toe, but both. She dug at what she must have thought was ingrown toe nails on both sides of both big toes. Now as a result I have a nasty infection, and will most likely have to seek out medical attention from a Podiatrist. If I could I would have given them a zero star rating, in order to leave a review I had to choose how many stars.

My nail tech of the last few months,Tam, interrupted our fill in service multiple times to take care of other customers getting pedicures, her lunch delivery, then forgot about doing my eyebrow wax. She rushed through and misshaped my fingernails. When I mentioned it to her and that the polish wasnt drying correctly, she fought with me and said it was my fault for not holding my hands in the UV machine correctly. She tried to fix them by putting additional gel coats on them making them so thick looking like a rookie did them. So disappointed by her lack of attention to me. I will not go back here.

I have used botanical nails for years - always a great job! Today I had Yen for my pedicure and she was excellent - best leg massage I have ever had. She is so nice, professional and makes sure you are happy with every little detail! Thanks so much Yen! ❤️

I've been going to Botanical Nail Bar for years. They seem to be understaffed and in spite of having an appt. we often have to wait. The services take an overly long time. My pedicures are great. My manicure sucked.

I have searched and searched for a good salon, my nails always used to fall off and now they last me 3 weeks before i get them filled, love this place, and if one happens to break they fix them! Love them so much, prices are another bonus!
