My nails were uneven when he finished. He didn’t even put each finger side to side to see if they were the same length or size. They also would’ve noticed that my fingers were very small & should’ve made them thinner but instead rushed and left them fat. They left the sides unpolished and all. I’m dead. These nails were $50! Not worth it. Never again.
The owner needs to learn how to greet clients. He lacks customer-relation skills. Professional training is needed.
The staff is very rude. The older lady who did my nails filed them down, brushed off the excess and than went straight to putting polish on. Every other places I go to they make you wash your hands. I live in byron and won't never go back. There's way to many other places that can put forth a little bit more customer service for the amount of money your paying.
Ken is a skilled tech, but he is rude and unprofessional. He is the only one that can do nails there, but he assigned one of the other techs to do my nails and she did a horrible job on my gel manicure. I was so dissatisfied. My nails looked like a five year old did them. I tried to support the business because it’s close to my house, but I will not be going back again.

My husband and I got spa pedicures and wonderful value and service. Very pleasant staff and clean shop! We will definitely be using them regularly.
I am can't believe they turned someone away because of their waight i will never have my nails done here and will tell my friends to do the same. All the people with 5 star say this is a great place ignore the one stars are the owners in panic mood trying to get their Stars back lol if you wanted Stars and a good rep offer a different way to a commdate you plus size customer base if you can't do that then you don't need to be in business. I am plus size and proud to be who I am and would never want to be skinny I love having meat on my bones.
