First of all friendly staff I felt welcomed coming in. I wanted a specific design ombré kind of nails and the technician attempted to do it 3 times before admitting they did not know how to do this. So I ask for all black and stiletto shape. I paid 60$ for uneven nails with bubbles in them. Disappointed to say it nicely. They gave me complementary gems but this was far from what I wanted.

Absolutely loved this place however they were careless on mine and my sister nails we both have cuts all over our fingers. But other then that we loved it and we will be coming back everytime we’re in town

Brandy did my nails and they turned out beautiful. She was kind and sweet and very accommodating even though she had to fix what another stylist had done from another shop. Excellent service

Never Will I Recommend

Not the same facility as 10 years ago. Just the same name. Gave me 2 different eyebrows and expected me to be ok when I originally let the lady know I needed my eyebrows cleaned NOT THIN! But I Guess it’s the lack Of English!

They prices differs from what they say and what they actually charge.

I've been going here to lely for over 10 years now. Absolutely love her. Very talented, and fast, can do literally whatever you want on your nails. Shes so friendly and sweet. Everyone there is very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

I left California nails about an hour ago and while I was there a lady came in and said she was out of town on vacation for over a week and she broke a nail and chipped color on a few others. She wanted to change the color completely and expected it to be free. Yea maybe if you got them done the day before but over a week later on vacation you come back to redo them and think for free? Lilly didn’t charge her to fix the broken nail and was not rude at all, but the lady had to state she was writing a horrible review.. for what? They are all so nice there and people can be so rude. There was no need to write a bad review because you didn’t get what you wanted for free.
