Karyn is great. Always gives a great cut. Only problem with place. They are always booked up, even when I call 3 days ahead. Would be great if they set up an online appointments?

Great place. My son, and I had our haircut by everyone in there, and honestly, never came out with a bad cut. Truth is I love Rose and Caryn, but got a cut last week from someone new in the he back, and she killed it. Like I said, never a bad cut from anyone. Good stuff.

Totally recommend Gabby for hair color and styling. She is so talented and always does an amazing job! Salon uses great products for a fair price and staff is super helpful.

I can't say enough good things about this place and Gabby. I have been here 3 times now and I love it more each time...Gabby really listens to what you want and delivers. Takes awhile to do the color but I would rather being meticulous than rushed and sloppy. The layers and shape is better than anyone I have ever been to, and the cost is the best I have seen for a single process (roots), highlights and cut. I am moving back to Queens early next year but will come back to visit when it's time for my hair!

I got highlights done that started an inch away from my roots, I asked them to fix it and they never got back to me. Had to get it fixed at another salon after paying them $165 for my highlights.
