Worst costumer service ever! Super super rude. I’m not naturally a pale person and I never burn. I asked if I could go up in tanning minutes and the lady at the front desk told me I was not aloud to go up in minutes even though I have a level 1 which is the lowest level tanning bed. I asked her why because I never burn and I had been tanning before with the level 1 bed many times and I did not get any color. She said “you know how many times I hear that a day, I don’t care.” She then told me the room number to go to and it was dirty. She did not clean it. She proceeded to say that she forgets to clean the beds all the time and people have no common sense and if it is dirty to just not go in the room and that luckily I had not gone in the room because she forgets to clean the beds all the time. This place is dirty and it smells. She is super unprofessional and always has an attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I bought a month package online because I was going to cancun and did not want to be pale. I was a little skeptical about going because of the reviews that I have read. I've never been tanning before either. When I got there the lady at the front desk took my info and explained to me about the beds. She suggested to go up to another bed which was only a $10 difference. I also figured I would just buy tanning lotion at the salon too. She went over about the lotions and since I have tattoos I went with jwoww. We then proceeded to the room and she explained everything to me on what to do. I was going about every other day. Everytime I went in, the front desk person was nice. I had a great experience and when my month was up, I talked with the front desk person about how I saw reviews about not going up in time, she explained it's because the owner doesn't want you to burn.
Now that I am back from cancun and pretty tan, I might start go back and buy a tanning package to keep my tan! Everyone that works there is super nice also.
Horrible customer service. Make you feel terrible going there. Gave me such a hard time about going up in time and the amount of days I’ve tanned. Never repurchasing here again. Don’t waste your money
I went here because I got a good deal on Groupon, and that is about the only good thing about this place. The staff is rude - I asked to go for an extra 2 minutes and was rudely asked “Are you sure? You’re going to regret it”, and I’m pretty sure this was the manager who told me this. I know my skin and I was completely fine after. I went in on the last day of my package to find out it “expired” so I was unable to attend my last session. After being told she would contact the manager and ask if I could have one more session, I was told that the note was still there for her manager to review but it was too late because it was 5 days ago.
All around bad customer service and I would avoid.
Great experience here! Purchased a 1-month package for my wedding and was so happy with the results. Very clean and friendly no-fuss staff.

Worst customer service ever. The front desk ladies always have a attitude and are aggressive about everything. Do not go here and waste your Money. The beds and bulbs are poor quality. Not clean. They will try to rip you off and make you purchase an expensive package that isn’t necessary.
I was planning on purchasing a year membership but after reading many of the negative reviews, I think I will continue to look/shop around. Thank you to all who gave honest and helpful reviews thus causing me to save myself time, money, and it seems headaches that I might encounter from this place.
