Wasn’t great. I walked in and felt the negativity right away. When she began doing my nails she saw how short they were and said “oh my let’s see how this goes.” Very judgmental people I must say. She kept commenting on how hard the job was since my nails were short. ALSO very messy on my nails
Had many great experiences at Stephanie's nails. With both the expert nail stylist and apprentice nails stylist. Almost forgot a had a wonderful facial. The cost is reasonable as well.
Had a pleasant experience. Saloon is clean, tech is attentive to details. Price is fair.
Appointments don’t matter, waited longer than a hour after appointment. Nail polishes are old and not categorized. Good luck finding a color. Gel pedicure peeled off by day two. Never going back
I have tried to give this place a chance because the first time i got my nails done there i got them done with Ceci and she did an amazing job. Today i called in the morning because I desperately needed my nails done for a special occasion tomorrow. I completely understood it was last minute so if they didnt have time that was fine. But i called and asked if Ceci had time to do my nails today & the person i talked to said yess. She had time @3pm. So i arrived at 3pm. I actually spoke to ceci when i got there & told her i had an appointment with her. She told me to have a seat so I waited for 20 minutes. After ceci was done with the client she was currently doing, she proceeded to start a new client & completely disregarded me. They tried to put me with someone else but i specifically made the appointment with her. This is one of 3 times that they do this to me. I left & i will not be going back. I wish them all the best but i hope they do a better job at managing their appointments & having more respect for peoples time.
This nail salon was ok - my pedicure was rushed and they have thee oldest ugliest colors of polish. You would think they would go through their colors and throw out the bad ones and get some new ones.
I made an appointment and waited 40 minutes soaking my feet. The nail tech did not understand me and she filed my toe nails crooked. She repeatedly had to polish my nails bc she kept getting polish on my skin. My manicure was just as bad. My nails are all different sizes and she left cuticles on all my finger nails. Not to mention the price. $40 for a terrible manicure and pedicure. I will never go back in there again.
