This is my first time coming to this establishment and....the first impression is kind of lacking. There were no greetings when I walked through the door as far as I heard and I kind of felt like I was intruding on them despite the shop being empty. My pedicurist was quick and professional, paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure that I got what I wanted and then some. The manicurist was also the same way but that's as far as similarities go. I picked out a color and made it clear that I wanted it for both my feet and hands. Why do I have neon orange on my hands and sunset orange on my feet? Being that this was the first time I've gotten a gel manicure, I assumed that the color was the way it was because of the formula used and the uv light but that wasn't the case. Instead, it was (most likely) due to mislabeling. I tried to bring my concerns and I was dismissed with a "well that's the color that she (the pedicurist used)". Also, it would be nice to be told "have a nice day" or "would you like a receipt" before walking back to play on your phone so I know that my business is done there. All in all they do give you what you pay for, but, I will be looking for another establishment.
I would not recommend this place management talks about customers with other customers management is very unprofessional they can determine when or whether they would like to serve you and you can not get refunds back on gift certificates and if you make a complaint about a toe being too red due to being dug into way too much they will not serve you I will no longer use this establishment or recommend it to anyone save your time and money.

They're very rude they took off my nails without soaking off and the lady damaged my natural nails
Every time I ask her for a design she says we don't have the color and she does what she wants not what the customer want

One of my favorite places to Pamper myself. They do great pedicures & manicures, acrylics, eyebrows, lashes etc. Top professionals who care about making sure you leave satisfied. Mr. Mike and the crew are fantastic. I don't plan to go anywhere else.
I brought my granddaughter with me and we both got Mani/Pedi's we had a young guy take care of us he was awesome! The price was fair.
Wonderful staff, very polite. The young gentleman that did my pedicure was very nice and great at his job. My feet feel amazing!!!
I love this place Emmy does my nails an pedi when I say she has my nails looking marvelous cause I have big finger she has my nails looking good thank you an Linda does the best Strip lashes your both are the best I was referred by a family member now I told my mother and now she's going my new home I have been going for over four months now
Customer service was awesome however i agree with the other reviewer. The older male tech is a sweetheart but is horrible doing nails. I got a new set with gel polish and all my nails are super crooked. He lathered on huge gobs of polish. Never seen anything like it. There's literally no fix for this other than taking them off in a few weeks because he cut them way shorter than i requested. Definitely making an appointment next time for the younger nail techs
