Got my nails done for my birthday. It was overall a great experience. My nails look exactly like the picture I showed and the massage chairs were a very nice extra. I 100% recommended this place and a worker there Anna did and amazing job, definitely worth it!

This used to be one of my favorite places to get a pedicure but the last couple of times here I felt taken advantage of.
I always do some type of spa pedicure, and every time you pick one they’re ALWAYS pushy and try to upsell you to do a more expensive one which I find incredibly rude.
The last time I was here my friend and I picked the $40 spa pedicure and when I went to pay the guy tried to charge me $50. After I looked at him funny he said “oh sorry just $40.”
The other day my friend and I did the $55 lemon spa pedicure (they tried to upsell us the $65 one of course ????) At the end they asked if we wanted massage while we dried our feet, to which we agreed. When we went to pay the charged us $10 for A rinky-dink massage. I can go to calverton and get a one hour foot reflexology for $30 which includes a massage!!
You people are a scam!!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for months! they are always super nice and welcoming. i see Lisa everytime i'm in need of a fill in. the prices aren't terrible either. always satisfied when i leave and always look forward to going back.
I would never set foot in this place again! I received a gel manicure a week ago and it started chipping 3 days later. Burnt me with the drill 2x! They're extremely rude as well. The technician told me it's 5 bucks to remove my SNS after she already started removing it, I said to her don't you think you should tell the new customer the prices b4 hand and she says in a condescending way WHATEVER! And starts laughing and of course starts talking about me in Japanese ( fuc&ing) rude first and last time at that shiteho*le
The people here are very nice and I have gone for years but the past few months they have greatly diminished on quality and professionalism. It doesn’t matter if you have an apt. It’s never on time. The ability of the technicians is really horrible. The acrylics turn out thick and lumpy. A round tip is not even on any nail. After years of going there I won’t be going back.
Went and got my nails done here yesterday, UV gel fill. Looked good when I left. Less than 24 hrs later my middle finger broke opening the car door, made a fist around the handle and it snapped, which is not something that should happen. Went back today for them to fix it. They burned me with the drill, drilled the nail paper thin to the point that when I press on it I experience pain, cut the nail short because they drilled it so paper thin it was flimsy to put a tip on which I really didn’t want since I’m trying to grow them out anyway. They fixed the nail but the design is crooked, and to top it all off they charged me to fix the nail for a UV gel fill that didn’t even last 24 hrs, so they clearly don’t stand behind their work. That’s pretty poor customer service, not about the amount of money. You should get at least 2 weeks out of that type of service. So I paid to have a crooked design on a nail that should not have snapped. Ultimately dissatisfied with the way I was treated.
