i’ve gone to this location a few times and haven’t been disappointed with the work. in my most recent time going, Helen was very patient and understanding of my request of black thin tips and dots on my real nails (hands). however depending on the time you go, they may be busy and you may have a wait. i try to go early in the AM. overall, i am very satisfied and happy with the results!
Amazing service. I had Hannah who was phenomenal, and gave me an awesome massage during my Spa Pedicure. She worked out so much tension in my calves - it was worth it for that alone!
My manicurist was Moon, and I had a powder dip after acrylics. I'm super impressed by her work, she knew exactly what colors she had to recommend and my nails look fantastic.

Good price but I felt rushed and they did not give me what I asked for at all. The polish was very thick and they also cut my cuticle bad enough that it took days to heal and was very sensitive. Overall I could’ve had a better nail experience elsewhere.
I was yelled at and treated extremely poorly at the salon today. I came in to have a broken nail fixed, and because I didn’t know the number of the color (instead I knew the name of the color), the owner, Danny, yelled loudly and spoke down to me unnecessarily. I understand that it is the holiday season and places are busy during this time, but I am still a customer and that type of treatment is unacceptable. Not only was Danny unprofessional, he allowed the nail technician, Helen, to be unprofessional and rude as well. Danny had no remorse for his actions and continued to yell as I left the salon. I did not deserve that type of treatment, as I walked in calmly and waited patiently for my service this time as well as the last couple of times that I’ve been here. I have been to this salon several times and while my gel pedicure may last, the dip polish typically does not. It typically does not make the full 2 weeks, as it chips, cracks, or a nail breaks before that time window. I will no longer patronize this business due to mistreatment and mediocre nail technicians.
So this will probably be my last time coming to Cindy’s. My nails are nice, but the experience was terrible. I couldn’t relax between my skin being scraped and cut from the cuticle cutters and nail files. While one was working on my feet scrubbing my leg the other is telling me to relax and be still. While my feet were still soaking in the hot water, one of the nail techs dump the cold dirty cuticle water on top of my feet. My arm was across my chest half the time so that the nail tech could do my hands. I don’t understand why they had to be done at the same time. There’s wasn’t a lot of people there. I asked if she was getting off soon, maybe that would explain the rushed jobs, she said no. So I don’t know why it was such a rushed process. They spoke loudly to each other the whole time. I had the gel setter on my lap. I’m on my feet A LOT. I really just wanted to relax, but I’m convinced getting mani/pedis is suppose to be a chaotic and painful experience.
I usually call when I'm on my way and they always have a chair ready. If I go with a friend they make sure we're next to each other. Complimentary sodas, water, and wine. They're super fast too! They'll work on your pedi and mani at the same time which is great.

Gave it more than one try. My dip nails do not last there.
I received dip nails and a few days later nails started breaking and cracking really bad. A week after my appointment , I had to go back for a full dip service and pay full price. I couldn’t get back sooner with my work schedule. Only to leave with uneven filed nails, product on my skin and not the best work.
Quick and quality service. Large salon with many chairs so there is never a wait, even when I go with friends. Very nice and talented staff. (They do not do acrylic nails only dip.)
