Quick Facts About Savvy Nails & Spa
Savvy Nails & Spa has received a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers. In order to fully understand the strengths and weaknesses of the place, let's analyze the comments and identify the key points.
Starting with the strengths, several customers praised the nail technicians for their skill and attention to detail. Kim, in particular, was mentioned as being great at making nails perfect. This indicates that the staff at Savvy Nails & Spa has the expertise and ability to deliver high-quality nail services.
Additionally, customers mentioned that the prices at Savvy Nails & Spa are fair and comparable to other places in the area. This is a positive aspect, as customers appreciate the affordability of the services. It suggests that the salon provides value for money.
Furthermore, the place is praised for its friendly and sweet staff. The positive attitude of the employees creates a welcoming atmosphere and contributes to a pleasant overall experience. This customer satisfaction is demonstrated by the loyalty of one individual who has been coming to the salon for three years.
Another strength of Savvy Nails & Spa is its ability to cater to group events. A customer mentioned that they had a great team activity at the salon and were planning to return for another event. This indicates that the salon is capable of accommodating larger groups and providing exceptional service for special occasions.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one customer experienced discomfort in their toe cuticle after a pedicure. Although this may not be a common occurrence, it suggests that there may be room for improvement in terms of pedicure techniques and ensuring customer comfort.
A negative experience was also mentioned by a customer who wanted a dip powder manicure. They were disappointed because their nails were not properly prepped, and the service felt rushed. Additionally, the customer felt that the service was overpriced considering the subpar results. This feedback highlights a need for better communication between the technicians and customers to ensure that the desired service is provided and expectations are met.
Another customer shared a negative experience regarding the removal of gel polish. The nail technician attempted to remove the gel with pliers, which caused discomfort and resulted in several broken nails. This suggests a lack of proper technique and care during the treatment. Additionally, the longevity of the manicure was below expectations, with the polish chipping and cracking within a few days. This indicates that there may be room for improvement in the quality of the materials used or the application technique.
In summary, the strengths of Savvy Nails & Spa include skilled technicians, fair pricing, friendly staff, and the ability to accommodate group events. However, weaknesses can be found in certain aspects of their services, such as pedicures, prep work before treatments, and the removal of gel polish. By addressing these weaknesses and focusing on delivering consistent, high-quality services, Savvy Nails & Spa can further improve its reputation and customer satisfaction.

Kim does such a great job! She really takes care in making your nails perfect. I thought it would be really expensive being in King of Prussia but the prices are very fair and comparable to other places.
I absolutely loveee Savvy nails. They always give me exactly what I’m looking for usually very simple but it always comes out so nice and they are all so sweet. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now on and off and it is definitely my #1 go to if they aren’t busy! ❤️
First, make an appt.! Second, I loved the warm stones they use on my legs when you get a pedicure but now my toe cuticle is seriously sore. Hope it's not infected. Third, Julie, thank you for a great job you did on my fingernails. Pics are from a few days after getting my nails done! Update 9.3.22 - still loving savvy nails!
I came in wanting a dip powder manicure. The tech didn't prep my nails at ALL before putting tips on. No filing, buffing, nothing. She used a single coat of gel polish (you can see through the nails and they look awful). I asked for dip powder, not gel, but even then, a second coat was needed. Also, the underside of my nails are SO messy. Confused how this is worth 55 dollars, because my entire service was rushed and not done properly. Won't come back. Still in search of a nail salon in the area that understands how to do dip powder correctly.
Absolutely loved my experience and will be back!
Came here for a team activity and we had a great time! They were able to accommodate our group and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend the Savvy pedicure. So worth it! We are already planning another team event to do this again.
Usually I have a good experience here, although I’ve only gotten manicures twice before this. I had a relatively thick layer of gel on my nails from a previous manicure, and the nail tech I had tried to remove it with PLIERS. I’ve never had this happen to me before and I’ve had plenty of gel manicures. I had to tell my nail tech that she was hurting me three times, and asked if she could remove the gel in a different way before she buffed it off (would have rather she used nail polish remover like most salons would, but it was better than the pliers). I noticed that, from the pliers, she broke my pinky nail down the nail bed, which she told me she could fix when I mentioned it. She put some sort of solution on it and did my manicure. It looked great when first done (see photos), but soon after my nails started breaking (4 total have broken this far), the polish started chipping and cracking, and now, not even 2 weeks later, I’m left with the ugliest looking manicure I’ve ever had. Gel manicures usually last me two weeks, but this one started deteriorating after only about 3 days. Probably won’t be back.
Anna is the best, very kind staff and highly qualified nail techs. Highly recommend over other nail salons. Grateful someone recommended them to me.
