I am visiting in the area, and Ce Ce’s is minutes from my hotel. I easily found the location, and had the best experience shopping here. I found brands I don’t have in my town locally which is great. Even better I realized it is a black owned business. One of the owners I spoke with was so sweet and knowledgeable. This is a recommended location and beauty supply store.
The customer service was great, the young lady was helpful. However when I bought my items and the young lady ask me do I need receipts, I said yes in case need to bring something back. She didn't say no returns or refunds all purchases are final. However the earrings I brought one pair was damaged. So I was going to take it back to get another pair but once I looked at the receipt said no returns or refunds. Always let the customer know the policy, I felt disappointed. However I did enjoy the gospel music they play in the store. Have a blessed day everyone....
This place is owned by aboriginal people and they have impeccable customer service affordable pricing and great inventory. I've shopped Here for well over 5 years and they've never disappointed.
I went to this beauty supply it looks to be blacked own but they was very professional, they were cleaning up and they gave me good customer service I would definitely go back.

The owner was very polite and professional and I definitely appreciate that .But unfortunately I didn’t know that there was a no return or exchange policy which most beauty supplies do have in place.I bought a drawstring ponytail for a quick on the go hairstyle and when I tightened the string you could see ALL the tracks and it looked abnormal.I tried to tweek it to make it look better to hide the tracks and it looked worse.So for this reason I WILL NOT return.I would suggest maybe checking the product outside the plastic casing because that one was definitely deformed. I had to put a review because of the policy but thankfully it was reasonably price but I could have got about 3 gallons of gas INSTEAD!!! Good luck in the future ????
