Class Act place is generally well-regarded by its customers, with several positive comments highlighting the strengths of the salon. The staff, particularly Abby and Connie, are praised for their accommodating and attentive nature. They listen to customers' desired haircuts and colors, and provide helpful suggestions. Many customers are satisfied with their outcomes, finding the prices to be reasonable. They express an intention to recommend Class Act place to friends and colleagues.
Another strength of Class Act place is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate that the staff always listen to their preferences, and that the prices are reasonable. This creates a positive experience for customers, who often choose to return to the salon. Some customers have been going to Class Act place for over a decade, indicating a loyal customer base.
One comment, however, describes a negative experience. The customer felt ignored and rushed during their haircut. They were not offered a drink and felt frustrated that the hairdresser did not ask if they wanted their hair curled or straight. While they were ultimately happy with the cut, they expressed dissatisfaction with the overall experience and stated they would not return or recommend the salon.
Another negative comment recounts a disappointing experience related to a charity event. The customer had booked their appointment two months in advance and confirmed it beforehand, as they planned to participate in a fundraising event for Macmillan Cancer Support. However, when they arrived for their appointment, they were informed that the hairdresser was not in. While another staff member offered to do their hair, they were told it could not be done at the previously agreed-upon time and that they would have to pay. The customer requested to speak to the manager, who was described as rude and unsympathetic. This incident left the customer feeling angry and unlikely to return to the salon.
In summary, Class Act place has several strengths that contribute to its positive reputation. The accommodating nature of the staff, particularly Abby and Connie, is highlighted, as well as the reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and often become regulars. However, there are also weaknesses that should be addressed. These include instances of rushed service, lack of attention to customer preferences, and a negative experience related to a charity event. It is important for Class Act place to address these weaknesses in order to maintain and improve their reputation and customer satisfaction.
Best TL Reviews
Abby and the rest of the staffs were very accommodating. Abby listened to what I wanted for my haircolour and haircut and she also gave suggestions.
I am very satisfied with the outcome. The price was reasonable. I will definitely recommend this salon to my friends and colleagues.
Connie is the best hairdresser there, she did an amazing job my husband loved my new look did exactly what i asked for. Would most definitely recommend.
Super friendly staff, always listen to what you want, and really reasonable prices. I always go there and my son insists on Simon cutting his hair
This was the most awkward hair cut I have ever had no body spoke to me once, wasn't offered a drink or anything. Was the most rushed hair cut I have also ever had but in a way I was glad as it got me out of the quicker definitely would not return or recommend. Overall happy with my cut but not asked if you would have liked it curled or straight she just straight it which was frustrating.
Been coming here since I was 14 and I’m 28 now! Karon is the best hairdresser and always does a great job with my hair!
sad I live in Manchester so not able to come for more regular haircuts as I don’t trust anyone else but her ????????♀️
I walked by Class Act about 3 years ago and got chatting to the owners Mum outside, made an appt and have never looked back. Everyone comes out with a smile on their faces as the staff are lovely but very professional, always a good experience.
I was pleased and very happy with the professional way I was treated, The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff was good and will go again. So thank you to Abby for her concern as I have health difficulties. Keep up the good work as we all need to look lovely and cared for.
Angry is an understatement!
I had a booking 2 months prior to attending my appointment as I was doing brave the shave for Macmillan Cancer Support. Just to reassure the myself I called up prior to confirm my booking and to make sure things would run smoothly when I got there, as I wanted to publicise the event for macmillan. Only to find out that the hairdresser was not in. They offered to have someone else do my hair for me, which I was obviously happy about however, they followed up with saying that I would not be able to get it done at the time previously arranged and that I would have to pay. Even though it is for charity and was previously agreed that it would be done for free. When I requested to speak to the manager when I arrived, she was incredibly rude and made me feel guilty because the staff member rang in sick for issues at home. Non of this was my fault nor was it professional, as either the salon or the hairdresser themselves should have rang me as a courtesy to rearrange the appointment. Needless to say I will never go back there!!
