I came upon this nail salon on a random day months ago & I love coming every 3 weeks for my appointment. Mimi does my nails, mainly, but sometimes Coco does. However, all of them are very friendly and great at their craft. I recommend everyone to come here! Mimi does a great job with precision and making sure everything is perfect & symmetrical! Coco is very meticulous also. I am a regular & love everyone’s customer service :)
I went in on 3/1/2023 to get a fill, pedicure, and eyebrow . This is the 3rd time coming into the salon . Staff seems always very polite and pleasant. Well
Not today. I usually get my nails painted on the tip with a glitter polish . And usually the technician over lines the tip of my nail to make a very nice shape/ curve or the nail with the glitter polish . I had a different technician today , which is okay .it’s a new salon, new techs , I believe everyone deserves an opportunity to actually figure out what technician is best that suits your needs and wants. Well this particular tech got very irate with me when I tried discussing how I liked my nail polished
And how the previous tech did it before . I’ve never left an establishment with such disappointment and grief . The tech told me that I should just wait and have him do it , and I told him I was on a strict schedule and couldn’t wait . He took what I said on how to polish the nail as harsh Criticism? Because he didn’t he finish my service . One hand has an extra coat and the other hand doesn’t have enough coats , and I have to walk out like this ? Because he wanted me out of his chair . Mean while I gave him compliments that I did think he did a beautiful job filling and maintenance of my nail, but when we came to the polish ? There were problems and very unprofessional tone and use of words.
Coco was so professional and kind and gave me the most relaxing manicure and pedicure deluxe treatment after having two years of radiation and chemotherapy. Tiana did my eyebrows and chin. Kevin serviced my sister, it was her birthday weekend. It was nice experiencing this with her! We are going back again. Thank You COCO Nail Spa
This is my first time getting acrylics and they were so nice. They were gentle. Did my nails so nicely. As soon as I walked in they welcomed me and I only had to wait for like 5 mins before getting started. You can tell they know their customers as I was hearing other’s conversations. Will definitely be a regular customer.
Moving from PA to DE and needed to find a new nail salon. We drove past this place and I decided to try it out. Best decision ever! The young man that did my nails took his time with every step of the process. I’d say this is the best manicure I’ve ever had. Safe to say I found my new nail spot! Thank you!!

The best nail salon in Dover!! Was struggling for awhile to find a good place and this has by far been the best one! They remember me when I come in and are super friendly! Wouldn’t get my nails done anywhere else
