Awesome experience! My 9 year needed a fade badly! We needed a walk-in on a Sunday, early evening. Chris was accommodating. He knew I was nervous because kids' hairline tend to be tender and some places leave scrapes, and my son always wanted to cry. Chris was knowledgeable and gentle with my son. His technique was impressive and my son's hair looked amazing!! We left happy, and even had a good time laughing and joking in the shop. Also, the shop was clean, organized, respectful, and professional! We are new customers whenever we need a cut and will highly recommend Faze 2!
I went there for a shape up, they took me right away. I felt like a queen while there. The Barber gave me his full attey; I told him how I wanted my hair and he said he will make me look nice. I smiled all the way home. I tried to give him a tip, but he wouldn't take it, he said it's in with the price! I paid $20. Thank you Faze 2 for a nice shape up on my hair
Very professional and friendly. Mo, cut my hair he was very patient and respectful. This is not one of those typical barbershop where barbers don’t value customers time. The service is great and quick. $25 cash with credit $28. You don’t have to make an appointment just walk in and ask one of the barbers if there’s a spot available and someone will come get you.
But appointments still better. It was my first time and here and I recommend it for everyone. Definitely my barbershop from now on.. check out Mo.
They gave my son the most in even hair cut ever. The. Tried to say " it was his hair type even when i asked him to fix it. Half the issue was him not even combing it before cutting. I was in shock . Then i had to go to another barber after paying 30 dollars for a kid cut to have it fixed.

D Brown is the man he has all three my sons looking fresh. One of the best barbers in Delaware and I’m from Philly you know how we feel about our own cities barbershops. I just call him he says come on down we don’t even have to wait our appointment with him is on point and honored immediately. Thanks brother we will definitely recommend you to everyone we know.

If I could’ve given this business zero stars I would have. I called and asked if I needed an appointment he told me I didn’t need one. when I came it was only me and another family the boy got his haircut and I sat and waited for over 20 minutes for him to get his haircut. then when it came To be my turn another guy came in. then the barber wanted to finally speak to me out of that entire time I was sitting there just to say that oh he had an appointment. then another man comes in and the barber didn’t even say anything he just started doing his hair cut so I left. it’s ridiculous, you could at least say there’s gonna be a wait and a hello when you get a new customer. I took my business to BVD (black visionary designers ). The one older barber is So rude!!!! I will never be going back!!!
We had our very first experience at Faze II today and my whole family is glowing! Kind, courteous, and very professional, our barber was patient and open to any critiques or last minute requests that I made. He did a fade and trim for my 6 year old and even my son could feel the difference in his gentle approach. My son exclaimed, "He's so nice! He said I was a perfect gentleman too!" The entire experience was top notch. The facility was clean and orderly, the barbers had button-down shirts and ties, and the seating was vast and comfortable. We will absolutely be returning!
