Courtney is the best. Almost everyone in my family has their hair done at Creative Cuts.

Our normal hair dresser was booked so we visited this location. We walked into the establishment to get my sons hair cut, the lady stood at the front desk talking to a friend and didn’t acknowledge us at all. Well I’m a very reasonable person, I get it not all people have exceptional customer service skills, so we stand there and wait, literally 2 feet from her. Her friend says do you want to get them, she says no I’m talking to you. She then doesn’t say anything for at least 5 minutes then the friend she’s talking to again says do you want to get them. The girl says, sign in. That’s it, just sign it. Very rude, very rude. She also had her attitude written all over her face. Well up into that point I was willing to be patient and wait for her to finish her personal business. There was no one in the building and she acted like we were a hassle for her. I ask her what her name is, she said Ashley (short blonde, younger), she’s the assistant manager. My advice to the owners of the establishment is unless you want to run your business into the ground, lose business and be known to have a bad reputation then you should seriously look at the staff whom are representing you in the community in which you do business. Staff presented herself as Ashley, the assistant manager, she was short and blonde. I hope this helps the owner make needed changes.

Normally they do great but the last time I went they refused to cut my hair as I wished. The girl argued with me about how I wanted it done. My hair is very long. People with hair as long as mine know what they want you to do with their hair. If they don't, they'll ask for your opinion.

I love this beauty shop. The girls listen and cut or dye your hair the way you want. Everyone needs to go here. Great place and the girls have wonderful personalities. They make you feel like you're at home and with family!!

Ashley, the assistant manager of Creative Cuts and Colors, completely saved my hair from a bad haircut that I received from Today's Hair. She was *extremely* knowledgeable and nice, giving me tips on what would and would not look good with the type of hair I had. She also gave me some advice on where to find cheap versions of products I needed to make my hair look good every day! If you want your hair done correctly, you definitely should go here. I will be coming back for sure. Ask for Ashley!! :)

I love the people who work there no one else will work on my hair but them I just love the place the conversation and they go out of there way to make you happy
