10/10 The absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! My gel x manicure is FLAWLESS! My husband and I went for pedicures as well and he nearly fell asleep it was so relaxing. Definitely our new go-to salon from now on!
I never feel welcome when i come.. only been twice both times got that feeling. They force you to pay tip! And i didn’t like the way my nails were done. Instead of saying she could not do the design.. she did it anyways & it came out terrible !! So no I did not tip this time.. i won’t be back!! I also asked for a refill & my nails don’t look like they were filled.. the first time they didn’t achieve the design i asked for either.. they just want they money so they say yes they can do it & it comes out awful!! Did not like the way my pedicure was done either.. spent too much money both times to not be satisfied or feel like my business was not appreciated.. I like to tip. I always tip! But not under those circumstances
Way better than expected. Extremely clean, all tools were new and individually wrapped. Best Pedi I have had in ages. Definitely revisit this business.
One of the best pedicures that I have EVER gotten!! Done by Lynn! She was attentive, spent time and gave an awesome foot massage!! Will 100% be back, so happy I decided to give creative nails a try when I needed a relaxing afternoon pick me up!!!
Owner does not appreciate a good customer. He could care less if you stay there or go somewhere else. Sometimes he will say Hi and other times he will not even look at you. I am forced to go somewhere else. Very bad customer service

Me and my sister in law went there for pedicure and dip powder manicure.While we were having our pedicures, someone came having appointment online and they said they don’t have time and she has to go. We felt so bad for her but didn’t know soon going to happen with us too. After finishing our pedicure Andy the owner started doing my nails and when he finished mine they told us they can’t do my sister in laws as they are busy. She was sitting there for 2-3 hours for no nothing and we had appointments.

Horrible experience. I went to have nails done. In the middle of the Clinician removing my old nails, an older woman came in and asked for a pedicure. The worker stopped what she was in the process of doing with my manicure and proceeded to take care of the Walk In Pedicure. So rude and disrespectful. The other workers saw my frustration and kept saying "a few minutes" Well the few minutes turned into over 20 minutes.
I was extremely upset about the situation and proceeded to take the foil wrap off my nails. I got up and walked out. I wasted my time and thank God not my money. I will never go back. I definitely will let everyone else know the lack of integrity this place has. Horrible experience. I don't buy the excuse the owner gave. The worker was clearly working on my nails, filing, etc. It's poorly run. She shoul have let the walk in customer wait, not me. Never again. They suck.
I've always loved this place for pedicures. I'm not sure why it has such poor reviews! It's fabulous!
