Been a customer for 35 yrs when it was Bud's Barbers. Twice recently I arrived well before 3:30 closing time, the sign said open and twice refused because they weren't accepting anymore customers for the day. Not a way to treat customers in my opinion, and apparently turning off the OPEN sign is an unfamiliar concept where courtesy is concerned. Haircuts are fine if you can get one.

No appointments but that's just how they do business. My haircut was crisp and clean. Definitely recommend, I'll be going back.

My buddy uses a hairstylist. I prefer barbers. Being new to the Reno area I asked him to ask his hairstylist who she would recommend for a barber. She recommended D&D. I dislike having to make appointments and much prefer just being a walk-in. D&D is walk-in only. My kind of style.

I read some reviews and saw that Josh gets good reviews so, I asked for him. Right away I knew I was in the right place. Super friendly and ready to serve up a great haircut he asked me a few questions to clarify what I was looking for in my haircut. He even asked a few more specifics so that he got it right. My cut ended up great. I was real happy but then I noticed once I was in the car I needed a little tweak to my cut. I went back in and apologetically asked him to take a look at it. It wasn't that he did anything wrong he just didn't know exactly how I wanted my haircut. He happily fixed it and did a fabulous job. One of the best haircuts I've ever had. I certainly will be back I also met the owner and she was very nice

Melanie and Josh are great barbers. Only wish they had more accommodating hours and/or took appointments... Otherwise they're great!

I have missed the classic barber shop! Stop wasting time and money on chain stores or uptight barbers with fancy websites/social media content. Don't let the location or outside fool you this is a great barber shop! I met Camille today and what a great fade! She took her time though it didn't seem very long being very meticulous. Ended with a straight razor that I have missed for so long.

Josh is one of the best kept secrets in Reno, he definitely deserves more recognition for his work. His Fades are spot on. Never a complaint.

This place does the best haircuts for a cheap price. The staff is always helpful, talkative and polite. I would reccomend this barber shop to anyone who's looking for a great haircut. FYI bring cash as they do not take card.
