They worked fast, had me in and out. My hair is beautiful.
My first visit was about 3 years ago and i loved the service went back maybe a year later and waited forever to get my hair even washed then sat there so long until my hair was almost completely air dry before one of the ladies finally came and sat me in a chair outcome that day fory hair was alright as well....went back for a third time and the wait waa wayy too long for me so i left.... Far as friendly...... They were ok.... As a business owner myself my response to a review would not be sorry...i would use a more professional approach in letting the individual know i do apologize and would like to know what i could do to make the wrong right or offer a more sincere apology.....

I went in on the 4th of July.
I called a head and was told to
Come on in.
The salon was super busy.
I waited over a hour before I was seen.
Most of the customers were super friendly. Conversations were easy to have.
Staff seemed super busy so that's a great for any business owner.
On the flip side.
If you dont know Spanish you will feel lost .
I think they have alot of favorites / regulars. To any one new good luck.
My hair was dry and I got a full head of highlights .
A wash, trim, deep condition . It was absolutely beautiful.
The only thing I can suggest to any business owner is never forget the importance of new customer.
They might not be a regular but give them time and the same respect. So then there is no reason they shouldn't become one .
Also price was never discussed.
I was just asked cash or card at the end ?
I mean I would go to all extents to keep my hair together but let the customer know off hand how much they might be looking at.????
