Knowledgeable and kind staff. Have taken my dogs here for years and now one of them is at the age of passing away. The conversations and advice with the staff is always caring and considerate of our emotions in the hard decisions for our pets.
I drove about an hour to see them, they were the only vet willing to take us in an emergent case. The entire staff and Dr. Martin were amazing. My pet had to stay 4 days and have surgery, we were allowed to visit and call to check. They were kind and understanding we will definitely make the drive for any more needs we have.
Dr. Martin is a true animal whisperer. He has saved the lives of more than one of my pets and those of my family when even he wasn't so sure there was any hope. From parvo to reckless drivers the man is a Godsend and a wonder and his team is no less dedicated. Don't doubt your furbabies in his hands. This town gained Angels when he brought his family here.
Thank YOU so very much to the entire staff of the most remarkable humans!!! Endlessly loving and caring for animals... and their humans (especially us city slickers ????) thank you for EVERYTHING you did for us and our Mount Ida rescue dog!!! We love him and our cat seems to be happy he's here with us in North Texas too. He's 50+lbs of love. I still don't understand this emotional connection I have (our family has) with this dog but we'll never let him go he's family ????
I am very impressed! I've always been nervous to take my animals to the vet, but I will definitely come back!! Every single person I talked to was beyond friendly! They answered all of my dumb questions without making me feel like they were on a time crunch. I had to take my kitty Hadassah in and everyone met me with smiles. The doctor was very compassionate and the treatment is working! Awesome people, great customer service, this place gets a 10 out of 5 star review.
Dr Martin is wonderful! I've been bringing all my animals here since I moved to De Queen in 2019 and the whole staff is just amazing and so sweet!
I carried my baby Lexi there because I had been told at one vet that she had red mange. I have 2 other dogs that live in the house with Lexi and they have no signs of it. There is only this time of year that she loses her hair and looks pitiful. So I thought maybe allergies well I took her there and it is allergies. They are GREAT!! there. I got to the vet at 10:30 come to find out my appointment wasn't till 1:30. I live about an hour away from there. They went ahead and got me and Lexi back. They definitely have my vet business!!
