Trust me when I say there are better places, don’t be deceived by the 4.8 stars you will be disappointed. Just because it is a decently priced place in a small local town doesn’t mean you can’t go somewhere better. Overall my experience was mediocre from the greeting to the services, what really made it a 1 star experience was the lack of communication, they ONLY take cash. We live in modern society where Venmo, cash app, Apple Pay, debit cards and credits cards existence yet this place only takes cash and doesn’t indicate anywhere in the store. TRUST, there are places that will give an experience that will make you a loyal customer and this isn’t that place.

Took us as walk ins was super nice, made sure we were happy through out the process and was also funny. Great place.
I was not satisfied with my manicure/pedicure experience here. I initially thought it was a good experience until the lady doing my nails did my hands. She did not paint my nails thoroughly and the corner tips and sides of my nails weren't painted... However, when I mentioned it, she appeared to be irritated that I mentioned it. And when I would mention it again, after each coating of polish, so I would not leave disappointed, but she seemed to get more upset, and still did not correct her painting technique. When all was said and done, I refused to leave with the sides and corners of my nails NOT PAINTED AND SHE REFUSED TO FIX IT!! Fortunately for me, when I refused to leave without a proper nail polish job, another lady in the salon fixed the issue, BUT ONLY AFTER I asked to speak to the owner...(who was not there) Sad that I had to say that to leave with a minimally satisfactory nail polish job. ???? I do not recommend this place because of that AND after speaking to a few people around town; seems like my experience is not out of the norm for this nail salon.
Poor scheduling system. Every time I’ve come here they have me wait over 30 min. With an appt.! My last visit, I waited for over an hour. They do good work, but if you’re on a time constraint....don’t come here! Time to look for another salon with a better scheduling system.
