I scheduled a fill and pedicure. The start of the service I thought it was going beautiful, great, no pain or anything. Then the lady looked away from my nails and the tool rolled off my nail and nicked me. I pulled away because it hurt and she yanked my arm back to finish the filing with the tool. After she cleaned up all the nail debris she tried picking it off. I told her that hurt and from what she did. She said it’s okay. I just let her continue the work. After washing my hands after she doused my nails in cuticle oil she told me to pay. I said I scheduled to get a pedicure too but okay I’ll leave. And just left. Besides that I did try and start conversation with my service women but she ignored me as well. I did still tip well only because my nails are somewhat to what I wanted. Cat’s eyes nails. They just aren’t as sharp as I’ve had before. But that part I’m nitpicking. Not happy for first time using them and the reviews showing 4 and a half stars.
I love my nails. Every time i go there i get a new design and im always in love. Salem is a great tech and very talented
Made an appointment one day prior with Peter. He was great. I had a fill and gel polish. They did not push for extra services or upgrade the polish. Pricing was reasonable and cheaper than my normal nail salon. Each nail station still had an acrylic divider up.
Go see Lyn . She does excellent eyebrows .. she does what you ask. Excellent at nails and pedicures also.
She is the reason I go there.
The owner needs to smile and show more happiness that she has customers .
This owner reception lady is extremely rude and nasty. This us the second time I had a nail fall off after 3 days. Today she told me they would have to charge me to replace it because the nail tech that did it wasn't there. I am extremely upset by this as I pay a lot money for pretty nails! They pass you around rather than having a person do all of your services. You don't feel pampered when you leave, you feel as if you were a burden. I do not recommend this place.
Dont come here unless you wanna get tricked out of your money. i came here a week ago and at first the nails were so cute and i loved them, they lasted for a couple of days until they slowly started snapping off of my nails. it only took 9 days for all of my nails to come off, i’ve been getting my nails done for years and never had this happen. not only did the nails come off easy they were very rough with my hands and even cut me once or twice. please don’t go here to get your nails done! there’s so many better places you can go
Update: 3 months later and I've been going repeatedly here, but noticed a major decline in quality. After 4 days an acrylic came off and I had stopped doing dip nails because it was lasting about a week. Overall unsatisfied with quality of work over time.
I had a late appointment and was not rushed through it even though I had to do a few things. Kevin was THE BEST. He had a wonderful disposition and worked very well. I cannot thank him enough for the great experience. I will definitely be going back.
I visited with my mother today. It really matters who is taking care of you. I had a fabulous experience with the person who did my nails (Denny) but my mother did not at all. One of her big toenails is visibly cracked and broken and the guy ignored it like nothing was even wrong and just painted over it. While applying dipping powder he had her use the UV lamp which is not proper procedure at all. I will be returning and requesting Denny, but my mother definitely will not.
